The company was established in January 1971 by Tom Chase. The Atkinson family started a competing firm in April 1974 and merged the two companies when purchasing Chase in June 1975. Both companies concentrated on providing the highest quality service from their inception. Education and technical expertise, along with a complete emphasis on providing what the clients want, when they want it - has always marked the Chase service experience.

Chase and PACR members clean the Ronald McDonald house yearly for free and provide free services to the public through various consumer advocates on radio and TV. The company purchased the first truck-mounted carpet cleaning unit in Colorado in 1976 and continues to use the most modern equipment and methods to provide the best cleaning possible. Education is ongoing with all lead technicians being certified and Chase technicians are qualified in all methods of cleaning and all fabrics.

Great job on duct cleaning. Very thorough and a job well done. Jon and Derrell did an amazing job and I trust the work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has pets! The amount of hair and dirt that collects in your ducts is unbelievable. Get it removed, now. Other companies do not do as thorough of a job and it shows. This company was wonderful.

I initially rated them at 2 stars because their first trip out to clean my carpet (800 sq ft) and clean the air ducts was rushed and a haphazard. They didn't clean under any of the furniture and the stairs still had debris left on them. Based on my first review, the company called me, apologized, and sent out 2 different techs to rectify their mistake. Cris and Jon were very meticulous and thorough and they did a superb job. I'll be requesting them the next time. Props to chase for taking some initiative and sending out different techs unprompted.
