Our technicians are required to take continuing education courses which are accredited by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), at least once every twenty-four months.We encourage employees to take up to one course per year. This continuing education ensures our staff is always on top of restoration standard procedures and protocols, in turn providing you with the best service. Our technicians also carry a copy of the IICRC S500 in their trucks at all times in the case they need a reference guide on a job site.

However, leaking roofs can also cause storm damage. Storm damage can be caused by hail storms that fill up window wells and cause flooding, flash flood rain storms that cause over saturation of the ground and therefore water seeps in through your foundation walls, and even flash floods that create so much water that the city sewer system cannot drain the water fast enough and therefore sewer water comes in through your sewer line.

Jon (the technician) did an excellent job diagnosing the source of our leak (chimney drainage) and prescribed an efficient course of action to remedy the problem. The diagnostic equipment (IR camera) was state of the art and Jon did a good job explaining how to analyze the results - since I'm an engineer this was very much appreciated. They were very flexible in scheduling an appointment, and offered a terrific rate. I would not hesitate to use them again if any problems arise.

All Pro Restoration is amazing and was a lifesaver!!! Recently my 80 year old Mothers basement had a sewage back up, once the plumber said that this is a big problem, I was in touch with All Pro Restoration as I was at a loss of what to do next. They were at her house within the hour to help, this was 8 p.m., and Jon was there and able to assist us immediately.
Their staff is the best I have ever worked with, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very respectful of my Mom and her home!!!! With out their assistance to help with the multiple vendors needed to repair all the damage this would not have been as streamlined no as coordinated. I highly recommend them!!!! they are our hero's!!!!

I am a Realtor and had Buyers moving into a home they purchased. The home was in need of an extremely deep clean, so I called All Pro. They booked me in time for my clients to move in, they were in time, professional and had all of the products they needed with them. They worked hard for 2 days getting the home into "move in" condition and my clients were thrilled with the results! Were were so pleased with their services that we call again for a follow up cleaning last week. They come after business hours which was awesome! I had APR come out to my place because of some water damage we had, and thought we needed restoration services. Chris D. did a great job with the kitchen sink area inspection, etc. He determined that we (fortunately) did NOT have additional water damage or leaking, and so their services were not required. (we still need some remodeling done, but no demo.) So I appreciate his work, assessment, and honesty.

I had a sewer back up in my home. Contacted all pro and had someone ready to go the same night, they even reached out to my insurance company to help push through to start the clean up. Victor was the clean up and demo person, he was very very professional the entire time explained the process with after each day. Victor did an amazing job at the clean up and keeping me informed of what steps came next. 100% would recommend All Pro went above and beyond to make a stressful situation easy to deal with.

Abraham and Preston were very professional. I like how Abraham was showing me what they look for in the walls as far as how the mositure looks behind the walls on camera. We never felt nervous as this company definitely knows what they are doing. Yeah, we had to stay in a hotel for a few days, but we trusted Abraham with the key to the condo. Abraham also kept in contact with us with pictures of progress and further information. Considering the circumstance for this work, it was pleasant. I will be using this service again in the future!

After having a pipe burst we called All Pro solely guided by the good reviews, now we know why they had such good reviews! Victor and the team who came out quickly to assess the damage, he guided us on next steps, and they got to work immediately. All Pro is beyond and above any service of any kind that I've ever received anywhere. They came out within hours of my call and immediately upon arrival proved their knowledge and professionalism. The following 6 days, they just proved themselves more. It was always great communication and I never had a worry. I trusted them so much that I gave Abraham the key to my condo. Which says a lot! We recently had a freeze event that resulted in a rather large amount of water damage at our home in the mountains. After calling another restoration company that didn't show, All Pro Restoration was recommended and I'm very pleased with the work they performed. Even though it was a weekend, they responded quickly and sent Victor out by himself for the first night to start to get the drying process going before more damage could result. Victor worked all night long before backup support arrived the next day. Jim was assigned as the Project Manager and the communication was exceptional throughout the entire restoration process that lasted over a month. I highly recommend using this company and wish to express my sincere gratitude to the entire All Pro Restoration team that was there for us in our time of need.
