I would 100% recommend Mastercare for upholstery cleaning. They cleaned a sofa, loveseat and lazy boy for me. They were professional, caring and very fair in price. The furniture looks amazing. Great job!

MaterCare came out to clean due to our dogs. They have a special treatment plan for dog urine. They had to come back out to treat "wicking" and did a great job and came right back out to clean. Master Care was wonderful about Scheduling an appointment when it was best for me. They were so agreeable when I had to make some last minute changes. Able and Hunter were a great team! They really new what they were doing and did an excellent job all the way around!

I'm rarely impressed anymore but Abel and Brendyn showed up exactly on time (sorry, I was a few min late) and immediately it was obvious these guys were professional. Upon inspecting the rooms we were going to clean they expressed knowledge and understanding I was not expecting. I learned a lot. They explained what was needed and performed perfectly and almost exactly in the 2 hour time frame they predicted.

I will never even think about using anyone but MasterCare and I will be requesting both Abel and Brendyn. Brendyn has an awesome band called Lalo Cura. If you're reading this review, check them out!

Thank you to MasterCare for cleaning and stretching our carpets before we moved into our condo. They may be old carpets, but you made them look new. Great professional work! Matt was so polite, professional and thorough. I think the work looks great, but I feel more comfort in the fact that it is so clean. I am always at work and calling isn't an option. I appreciated the Heather's friendliness and quick response to set it up via messenger. A great company with great service and people. Highly recommend and will use them again

The team that came to clean my parent's house today did a fantastic job. My mom was thrilled and I could hear the happiness in her voice when I called. She said they were very, very hard workers and very nice. The team was very patient and explained things thoroughly. The schedulers took plenty of time to discuss the cleaning options and the approximate cost. I thought the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend these folks, they really understand excellent customer care.

I highly recommend this company for your carpet cleaning needs. We are selling my father's house and our realtor recommended them and I'm very thankful she did. When I called, I requested quotes on the rooms I needed done and while I was working with the wonderful receptionist, my brother asked if they also did linoleum floor cleaning as well as grout cleaning.

I passed the phone over to him and the receptionist patiently went through the pricing and my brother agreed to the additional effort and the final price. Once we saw the finished effort, we felt we got an outstanding deal! Shawn and Matt were the friendly, professional gentlemen that completed the service and were very polite throughout the process. We could not be happier with the final product and my bother said it best: "The quality is through the roof!"

Just had my carpets cleaned today and can't say enough good things about Mastercare. The technician, Brandon, was friendly, professional and thorough. He paid special attention to my high traffic areas and the service was reasonably priced. I highly recommend Mastercare to anyone in need of carpet cleaning.

When we moved here from California, we realized our carpets were quite grubby. The Master Care team was wonderful - so friendly on the phone, great with scheduling, and kept us updated on the timeline. They came and picked up the rugs when they said they would, and dropped off the rugs when they said they would - with a busy schedule, I definitely appreciate timeliness.

When they realized that we might want the extra pet "sealing" process for our carpets, they called us to talk over what that meant and the price difference. They treated us with professionalism and care, and I have no hesitation in recommending them for any carpet cleaning needs! Our carpets look and smell great! I was so impressed by their services that I even called them back today to schedule a duct cleaning for the house (see previous reviews for why I had to schedule this), and they were, again, friendly and professional on the phone, and were able to squeeze me in at pretty short notice. I'll update this review after their duct cleaning is complete to let you all know how their services are with that too!
