It's too bad that a company that operates with integrity and excellent customer service is so rare, but this company is one of the delightful exceptions. I was so pleased with the work they did. The price was more than fair, and I felt completely taken care of and valued. Great communication throughout, and my carpet is soft and odor-free. Highly recommend!

So I have 3 puppies right now and work full time as a health care worker so I really never know when I will be available when scheduling. Ionic Fresh was able to get me in not even 24hrs later when I contacted them which is awesome! And they were more affordable then the other companies I was looking at. They were also the first ones to respond! John called me upon arrival and I showed him my apartment and the area I was getting cleaned.
I also live on the second floor and was nervous that it would be an issue but he got everything set up so quickly and went straight to work! He explained to me the dry time and was very honest. I told him I completely understand that a fresh cleaned carpet takes some time to dry! No problem. When John finished, it looked great. He got all of the puppy stains out.
It smelled waaaay better. And it looked fantastic. John was super kind and professional. I was confused as how carpet cleaning works since I never had it done professionally, but he explained it great and we made small talk and it was really wonderful to meet someone who is happy to work and had great customer service skills! He even complimented my apartment which is a A+ in my book since I work on interior designing!

The service was absolutely phenomenal! The technician was polite and honest. The carpets came out looking incredible. All stains were removed and the carpet smelled fresh. My carpets were last cleaned 8 years ago, and were way over due. A family friend recommended Ionic Fresh. The scheduling was easy and the technicians arrived 15 minutes early. We had several coffee, juice, wine, cosmetic stains, including possible pet urine. Ionic Fresh removed all the stains, pet odor and the carpets looked new. The two technicians, John and Caleb did a fantastic job and were very polite and friendly.

I will be recommending this place to friends and family :-) I found this place because they offered a special: two rooms of carpet cleaning and a hallway for only $79! The gentleman that came out was very professional, friendly, efficient, and did an excellent job! And we only scheduled it yesterday and they managed to squeeze Us in for this morning) He gave me his honest opinion about what I needed to do to remove pet stains and he was RIGHT! Our carpets are ready to be shown! Great job! I will be recommending this place to friends and family :-)
