Thank you again, for being a stand-up company. I've heard lots of horror stories during my upholstery forays and it's been a pleasure to let folks know that there are companies out there that are responsible and stand by their work.

We had superior floors refinish the hardwoods in our new home. We initially were only going to do the main floor but they did such a great job we had them do the second floor. About a month after they finished we had a flood in the kitchen which ruined the floors. Ethan and Richard were able to redo the kitchen and you can't even tell there was a problem. I highly recommend Superior floors they are a great company to work with.

Amazing results! We received a chair with rub marks in multiple places and thought the fabric was damaged, but after it had been cleaned, we couldn't tell which chair of four had the rub marks! If you are looking for an upholstery cleaner in the Denver area, this is the one to choose! They were super knowledgeable and efficient, and showed great concern for our situation. We cannot thank you enough for taking care of this for us! We are absolutely thrilled!

We had a really good experience with Superior. They refinished our hardwood on the main floor and installed new wood on our stairs and a couple rooms on our second floor. We noticed a couple areas that needed a bit more work after the job was done, and they were happy to make the adjustments right away. Ethan kept us updated throughout the project - multiple texts and calls every day.

The project ended up taking a day longer than expected, so without us having to ask, they offered to comp the new flush mount floor vents to make up for it. We needed help moving our refrigerator to hook up the water line after the job was done, so Jeff graciously came over with equipment to help us. Everybody we worked with was full of helpful advice, even on upcoming home improvement projects that were unrelated to the floors! We definitely recommend this company.

Superior Floor Care was reasonably priced compared to our other quotes to refinish our hardwood floor. They were accommodating when we asked for a quick turn around, which was great. They completed the work in time however they left a hole in a floorboard they had replaced. After questioning the workmanship, they came back to patch the whole however they did a poor job.

After complaining again, they tried to fix the issue. Whilst the second attempt was better it was still noticeable and we were told that that was as good as it could get, even in they tried again.

These guys are great. The photos say it all. Ethan was very careful not to over promise what he thought was possible, which we appreciated, and we were really pleased with the outcome.

Let me begin by saying the carpets look great and the technician, Amadeo, was very professional. We called Superior because my wife had seen them on Colorado's Best on channel 2. I had measured all of the spaces with carpet in my home, I've previously installed carpet, so I know how to accurately measure sq footage. I gave all the dimensions to the lady on the phone, included the number of stairs, and was given an estimate of $240-$260.

When the tech arrived he measured all my space and came up with more than 200sf greater than I had! As they charge by the Sq Ft, this is important. They had also failed to mention that scotch garding was additional. So, my 240-260 bid, became 460! Since we had moved everything and scheduled the time, we agreed to go forward, stating that we were not happy.

I called and left a message for the owner stating that we were displeased. He, as the technician had, blamed me for not knowing my sq footage - always a wonderful option, blaming the customer, and offered me $25 off. So, while I am pleased with the carpets, I doubt I will call them back in the future. Between the upsell and the magic increase in sq footage (Hey, is my house worth more now that I HAVE 200 ADDITIONAL SF?), I am left very unimpressed.

I have used Superior for years! Will not use anyone else. Amazing service and quality work! Richard is my guy and so very conscientious about his work! Always tells me to call back if I have any issues. I have never once had to do that!

I first used Superior In 2000 when we sold our old house. The carpet looked bad (dirty and stained) and we thought we would have to replace it. Richard came out and thoroughly scrubbed it and it looked like new. I still use Superior 19 yrs later. Richard (who still works there) came out again last week and gave my carpets new life. He was so thorough and took his time.

All the pet odor is gone and all the stains are gone. The pile stands up again. It looks like new. I will ALWAYS use Richard at Superior. No one else can come close to what he does!

We heard of this fine company through Next Door recommendations, and had our carpets cleaned this week by Richard. The results of his work are spectacular. We had 980 Sq. feet cleaned, and he spent over 4 hours using two different machines that scrubbed gently and then steamed the carpet. No one we have ever used in the past can even compare to the 5 star cleaning with this company.

They charge a little more than other companies, but it was totally worth every cent. We will never use anyone else from now on. Richard is the one to ask for. He's careful and thorough.

These guys were great. Ethan was careful not to overpromise fixing our problematic black slate, but they came up with a game plan and it worked. We were really happy with the results.

Superior is ABSOLUTELY the BEST! We've used them for many years for carpets and nobody comes close to their quality. We made the mistake of falling for a low priced carpet cleaning from a competitor when we had our ducts cleaned. These guys said they had the best equipment and nobody could do as good of a job but of course didn't deliver. We showed them the door after 2 rooms and called Superior. They squeezed us in Amadeo saved the day. Carpets are like new again and we'll never make the mistake of calling anyone other than Superior in the future.

After having our living room carpet re-stretched I decided to have it cleaned at that time as well. Several friends had suggested trying these guys and I am so glad I did, the complete system they use is different than any other thing that you are used to with a big conglomerate cleaning company! The results are incredible, no comparison, don't waste your time calling anyone else!

I was pleased with this company from beginning to end of a flooring project I had. Owner Ethan was outstanding in his professionalism and helpfulness as he walked me through the various steps of the marble-tile restoration that I was having done. Amadeo came to my condo and did an excellent job on the marble floor. I highly recommend Superior Floor Care.

Our travertine had some wear and tear. There was several small holes, some smaller than others. The travertine covered approximately 600 feet on our main level. We had 2 needed repairs on our lower level too. From contacting Superior Floor to completing the job today, it was easy and smooth. Ethan the new owner for the past year, and Amadeo, who has been with the 60 year old Company for the past ten years both did a great job from 1) patching the holes, 2)sealing the floor after cleaning the grout and 3) buffing the floor. The total project took roughly 6 and a half hours. It looked better than new, and they left a tidy work site. We would definitely recommend Superior Floor. Dan

I recently moved into a 135 year loft building downtown and the hardwood floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned for quite some time. I contacted Superior Floor Care because I had heard of them through channel 9's Colorado and Company and that they were under new ownership. When I left the a detailed message with my needs, they quickly called back and asked all the right questions to better serve me.

They were planning to do a cleaning and polish. When Richard arrived, whom by the way was very courteous and professional, he reevaluated my needs and suggested that the wood floors didn't need a polish, just a cleaning. I liked that he was honest and upfront with me. When he finished (in a timely manner) the 135 year old wood looked great again, and the space felt much cleaner and fresh.

I also like that their other services include natural stone, tile and grout and not just carpet. Hence their name Superior FLOOR Care. I will use them again when needed and will also refer them to anyone else I know that can you use their services. Thank you Superior!

This company seems to have "cleaned up" their act, (pun intended) since all these negative reviews were posted. Our experience was great. They came in to clean our outdoor furniture and our sitting room furniture due to it all getting filthy from our move. They cleaned up all the stains and filth to make it look brand new once again. Then, they applied scotch guard to keep stains out.

Their technician was on time, thorough and efficient. Very happy with their service and prices. Thought all that done for only $500 was a great price. I definitely recommend this company for furniture cleaning.

We employed superior floor care to refinish and color seal our tile floors. Jason was attentive to our needs and his attention to detail was very good. We are pleased with the work and how our older tile flooring now looks newer. They stuck to the quote we agreed upon and Jason made is feel very comfortable with the job. We would recommend Superior floor care for your flooring needs. We plan to have Jason back out to refinish our kitchen counter tops and clean our carpets.

Having flipped over 170 homes before moving to Denver, I have dealt with my fair share of contractors. But when it came time to have the floors redone in my own home, I was very worried about trusting a contractor I didn't know to re-stain my floors to my satisfaction. Having flipped homes for a living, my eye is a little sharper than most when it comes to home renovations and if there's a flaw, I'm going to see it.

So after doing some research online and viewing the work of a few different flooring subcontractors, superior floor care stood out above the rest. Their online portfolio and wide variety of flooring expertise looked promising. I submitted a request on their website and they immediately got in touch and arranged to come quote refinishing my floors.

From end to end the process was just easy and straightforward. Micah kept me in the loop and explained his process in simple terms and didn't talk around things in the typical manner that I have come to expect from contractors, even when they are masters of their trade. Take it from someone that has worked with multiple contractors on projects ranging from paint and flooring to full blown gut-to-studs remodels, Superior Floor Care is honest, easy, and experienced. When I eventually extend my hardwood floors into my kitchen and bathroom, I will be using their services again.

Let me start by saying that I'm a firm believer in quality service. I will pay extra if I know that what I'm getting is a quality product. That's exactly what Superior is all about. You won't see them running the gimmicky promos like all these other second rate carpet cleaning companies. Let's be honest, carpet can be nasty! Micha and his team use non toxic products which aren't harmful to your pets or family.

And the process they use is two step. Makes sense to scrub something before you clean it right? I thought so too. This helps to get all that nasty dirt that gets stuck in between your carpet fibers loose before they clean it. I'm am absolutely sold on their process and can honestly say that you can't find a more knowledgeable, professional, and friendly company. Save your money and have it done right the first time. That is all!

Superior Floor Care gave me what seemed to be a reasonable quote to refinish my cherry hardwood floors. I requested the finish that I had-- a gloss (or high gloss). When I arrived back at my home the finish was a satin. I HATED it! Superior was quick to return and redo the floors-- however, I was upset because I had to be out of my house longer and had to reschedule the movers for the furniture. However, when I returned to inspect the "re-do" it was only done with a semi-gloss.

I called the estimator came back out and agreed that it was the semi-gloss and tried to talk me into the reasons why I would be happier with a semi-gloss. He did say they would come back FOR A THIRD TIME to re-do the re-do, but in the end I decided to live with the semi-gloss. I have some other life events that made me feel that I didn't want to be out of my house for another 4-6 days.

To top off this experience with Superior, when I returned home my hot water wasn't working. I called the water heater company; the tech came out and told me that the water heater shut down and locked out because of the fumes (so it didn't explode). IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN INCLUDED IN THE PREP FOR HAVING THE HARDWOODS REFINISHED!

The floors look fine (not the finish I wanted), but there are a couple of areas with blobs of finish that I'm not too excited about. Fortunately my area rug will cover it. All in all, I wouldn't be likely to call them again.
