Steamatic received a call from Allstate and came early to assess the issue and help. I personally remove the water from the floorings but needed a lot of help with the ceiling. Employees came and helped with information with the assessment and did some work to help block any more water that might come down from the ceiling! Allstate and Steamatic have both been so helpful and fast; it's been wonderful!

The team from Steamatic did a thorough, professional job of cleaning a real mess, we had no idea how close we may have been coming to a house fire due to badly clogged dryer venting. They were polite, hard working, and did a great job! They told us what the problem was behind our dryer not running properly (taking far too long to dry even a small load), fixed the problems that had built up, cleaned everything and put everything back when they finished, and advised us on proper ventilation maintenance. Great service.

We were extremely pleased with the work performed. Not only were they prompt and efficient, they were friendly and left every area very clean. I had no idea how much dirt had accumulated in our vents over the years. They promised us we were not going to be the poster model for dirty ducts. We have used Steamatic in the past for carpet cleaning and I will now be adding duct cleaning to our regular house maintenance. I highly recommend using this service. Could not be happier.

OK, first the good. The lead representative was knowledgeable. He explained what they were going to do and how. He pointed out areas of difficulty and how he would address them. He spoke with confidence and experience. He would show me when possible what they were facing. Now the not so good. Obviously vent cleaning is an inherently dirty business.
I doubt my vents have ever been cleaned. They did attempt to clean up each area when done. Yet I found several areas where I had to do some cleanup myself. Also, they left at least on vent cover off which I reattached. Some of the stuff they moved they did not get back in place. Not a big deal except for a treadmill which I could not move myself. Overall, more good than bad. Yet it could have been five stars with some more attention to the after vent cleaning portion.

Steamatic sent a very capable crew. They were on time, organized and efficient. Once we established the power location, the location of vents and air returns, they proceeded to get the job done. The crew answered my questions. They returned the grates to their proper locations and fastened them securely. Steamatic should be commended for a job well done

My carpets were clean very well there were some areas that they did not clean because they said I didn't pay for them to move the furniture but nobody told me when I made the appointment that I had to pay for moving furniture so I had to call Company back they responded very quickly came back and cleaned the areas that I needed clean so thank you for your service and the young man was very professional!

Steamatic did the flooding clean up for our finished basement when the flood happened on July 27th. During that time, 3 storm windows were thrown away in error on their part.and a hole in my wall by the dryer was made from moving and hauling away damaged items. Company stated in writing they would pay for the windows and for the hole in the wall. I have sent over 3 emails to Jeff and to Juan about the hole in the wall.three times the cost of $300 was sent to them to respond.
My contractor is waiting to start the repair but not until Steamatic pays 1/2 up front and 1/2 when done. They have not acknowledged any of my emails. I also need to have them see the estimates I have for the windows which I have not sent to them yet as I am trying to deal with one issue at a time. I would like to get this settled ASAP.I have other issues that I do not want to post here online that also occurred.this was probably the worst experience we have dealt with.the flooding was bad enough but then these issues happened.my local insurance agent Dave Housh highly recommended this company to help me out.however, it has turned into a nightmare.

Scheduled a cleaning. Was told they would call me between 1 and 3 when they are their way the day of. At 230 I had heard nothing so I called. The lady told me she would get ahold of the tech. An hour goes by so at 330 I called again and said if no one is coming just let me know and I can reschedule. She said no she will call the technician again. Never heard anything and they never showed up.
