I will clean your carpets according to manufacturers' specifications. This specified service is required to keep your warranties intact. Hot water extraction is the method required by manufacturers of carpets. I am also trained in other methods. Each method has it's advantages and disadvantages. We are delighted to have discovered Ulrich-Bunce. They cleaned all of our area rugs beautifully and brought the runner up the staircase back to life. But they are most valuable to me when our pet has an accident on the new white rug; they are very responsive, easy to schedule and actually get the stains out! 5 stars for sure.

These guys are amazing. We have had them out twice over the past year for a couch and floors. We contemplated replacing the white couch and had other cleaners out before, but the guys at Ulrich-Bunce worked some serious magic and the couch lives on. Similar experience with the living room floor and stair runner, but we went straight to Ulrich-Bunce. High traffic stairs looked like the runner needed to be replaced. Unbelievable services at an extremely fair and reasonable rate!

Originally had Ulrich-Bunce out to try and get a red wine stain off a white couch when nothing else worked. They had no problem getting it done, and we have since used many of their other services, all exceeding expectations every time. We will never go anywhere else for these needs again. If the stain can be removed, this firm can do it. Very clean and careful with protecting trim and furnishings in the room. Does an awesome job on oriental rugs and upholstery also.

My husband spilled black coffee on our white wool carpeting on a Thursday. I didn't see it until Saturday. I called on Monday and by Tuesday afternoon, the stain was gone despite this being a very tricky and difficult task.
