The Royal Maid Service has 20 years experience in the Bay Area, now it is one of Florida's largest residential Maid Service with offices all over the State. Each office is independently owned and operated which means you deal directly with the company owners, Susanne will meet with you to discuss your cleaning needs and Tony is always happy to help with setting appointments and other general issues.We can take care of maintaining your home on a weekly or bi weekly basis or provide services as needed, Spring clean or Move in Move out. No job is too large or small as we clean seven bedroom homes to one bedroom apartments. All our staff are background checked and thoroughly trained to clean "The Royal Maids" way, which is a systematic but flexible approach to cleaning the home your way. For regular service we always like to do a FREE estimate to understand what YOU the customer would like us to do.
We aim to provide you with the highest customer service. When you book with The Royal Maids Service we will not let you down. Your peace of mind is our priority and we want you to be comfortable about the staff that we send you. All regular customers will be assigned a team, a day and a time. We always strive to keep to this except with circumstances we cannot control. In the event of a change we will always contact you so you are aware of a changing situation.
We carry workers compensation and are licensed, bonded and insured. For our regular customers we assign each customer a regular team so they become familiar with the way YOU the customer like things to be done and you and your family feel comfortable with who is in your home. Tony and Susanne Donovan are the owners of this office and are available throughout the working week to answer any questions or queries you have.

Royal Maid is an average maid service. The women are always very nice. My condo looks better than when they arrived. However, I usually get just basic cleaning. Swipe and dust (sometimes missing strips of the area) Spray and wipe no deep cleaning to toilets. They will miss things like dusting fan blades, or computers or baseboards unless you ask for each time. Rush in and out. However, if you ask for something specific they will do so without issue. Again, Average Clean and Friendly.

I have used Royal Maid Service for several years. They are reliable and conscientious and are a tremendous help to me. The same team cleans for me each time and they are great with my dog, they bring treats. It is nice to come home to a clean house; sometimes it seems they work magic. The reminder call or voicemail is helpful as well.

We are so very pleased with Royal Maids. They are prompt and courteous, and equally important, thorough! We've never been disappointed with their work! Royal Maid Service has been an excellent cleaning service for several years for me. Tony and Suzanne are very receptive to meeting my schedule and providing the right fit for the women who come to clean my house. The women are always reliable and very thorough with careful attention to details. My cleaning ladies are also dog lovers and bring treats for my dog. We have been using Royal Maid Service for about 9 months. We have them clean every two weeks and occasionally for an extra cleaning if we have guests. Our team of Jackie & Christina are thorough & trust worthy. They always have smiles on their faces and they are tolerant of our puppy who loves to "help" them. :
