In 1981 Robert and Fran Howell took their experience and knowledge gained from their previous business and started American Dream. Robert chose the name American Dream because, after being self employed for ten years, continuing to be their own boss was their American Dream.
The family's wealth of knowledge and experience in the cleaning business made it a natural choice to expand its services beyond carpet, upholstery and tile cleaning alone. In 2007, the Howell's officially expanded American Dream into a full service commercial janitorial company which provides a wide range of cleaning services for both commercial and residential facilities. We are committed to providing the highest quality work at reasonable rates.

Quality janitorial companies often charge a premium price because of the time and costs they put into properly training and hiring the right people to service your building. Maintaining the clean appearance of a property is essential for the satisfaction, health and safety of both the people working in the facility and those visiting it. Employees take pride in a healthy work environment, and as a result, productivity often increases.

Just got off the phone after they placed units after a leak without contacting the owner. The "owner" was rude and kept talking over me. Super rude. Hung up the phone. Could have been an easy experience if they had allowed me to speak. She kept talking over me and hung up. Poor customer service. Poor management. Placing units inside someone's condo without written permission is a good way to get into an issue.
