KAS cleaning was my regular cleaning service until I retired about 2 years ago. Recently I decided that I needed to find housekeeping help again and KAS Cleaning was my first thought. I was delighted to find out that the quality of work that I had come to expect was still there. Within hours my house looked better than it had in the past two years! I would recommend KAS Cleaning for anyone who needs one time or a regular housekeeping help.

The ladies do an awesome job cleaning our house. We switched to this company and it's been much better with them. They thoroughly clean the house and even clean the area under the sofas which the previous company always skipped. I also requested no chemicals and they do an outstanding job, our house is clean and has no smell of chemicals after they leave.

I use them one time to clean my house. I have about 4600 square-foot house. Paid $200 for 2 1/2 hours. They did a very quick service. They do not lift anything up to dust underneath. They just quickly with a swifter dust which I don't like. I have a very nice, well-maintained house. Did not like it. Manager is very nice, they are organized, however they do not do a good job in cleaning and do Not move anything.
Unless you pay them $400 every time to clean your house. I don't have that kind of a money. I had a house cleaner for a long time but she moved to another state. So probably for me, using a non-company would be a better fit. They came half an hour late, but I think the companies are more reliable, respond to texts and more trustworthy.

I've never used any other cleaning service over the past 15 years. The owners are beyond professional and thorough. I trust Alicy and Karin's teams to work in every room, on every detail & on every surface. Thought my Dyson was the best made and yet their industrial vacuuming made my carpet look new. Their teams are vaccinated, that's how much they care about their clients.

I would give them zero stars if it were possible. I called on Wednesday (9-29-21) to schedule for them to come out to clean my apartment on Monday (10-4-21) and the lady who answered the phone was really nice and answered all my questions. At the end she told me should would need me to confirm the quote they sent to my email, and I told her that I could do that, but if they need to contact me, I don't regularly check my emails so they would need to call or text me.
She said that was not a problem and even sent the quote link over text. On Sunday (10-3-21) I got a text that read "Good Morning, Reminder we have your cleaning for tomorrow 10-4-21 in the afternoon between 2:30-3pm". A generic message that I figured was automated. I didn't reply but I was excited and expected to see them then. Today (10-4-21) 3:30pm rolls around and I figured they were just a bit late but thought it was weird that they didn't call or text to let me know.
Then 4pm comes around and I am calling the main number to see where they are at. 4:30, still no one, and I try calling again. Finally I decide to try texting the reminder number back asking if they were still coming but not expecting a response because, like I said, I thought it was automated. They respond right away to tell me they had canceled(!) my appointment the day before because "they didn't receive any confirmation and sent 2 emails and didn't receive any confirmation." I told them that 1.
I had confirmed my quote the same day I booked and no one told me I would need to confirm anything else. 2. I had told them previously that email was not the way to reach me, calling or texting was. 3. I had immediately went to check my emails, and had nothing from them. 4. No where during any of this process did anyone tell me that if the appointment wasn't confirmed then they would just cancel.
They told me that they had sent a text yesterday with a reminder and didn't get a response. So I told them that I received the text but didn't think it needed an answer because it seemed like it was an automated text, AND it didn't say anything about needing to confirm the appointment or it would be canceled otherwise I would have responded. I think it is /extremely/ unprofessional to apparently have a policy where unconfirmed appointments are canceled without letting your clients know about that policy.
At no point was I told verbally that this would happen, nor in the single reminder text did it say "please confirm or the appointment will be considered canceled". No one even texted or called me (my preferred contact methods, that they confirmed was okay) to let me know that the appointment was canceled. They just never showed up and no one answered the phones when I was calling to check if they were coming.

A word of warning when contemplating using KAS Cleaning Service Inc. We were utilizing cleaning service when they informed us that they were going onto business for unforeseen reasons, however they had arranged with KAS Cleaning Service Inc to take over their currently client lists. We had KAS come to our residence and met with them. KAS pledged to continue cleaning at the SAME pricing if we agreed to utilize their services.
We agreed and immediately after the first cleaning we had a higher bill presented, KAS claimed the pricing was prior to sales tax, we indicated that the what we paid previously included sales tax. KAS made the change, however within a few months we received word that due pricing was increasing, surprise! We had no choice but to accept and find another cleaner, which we did.
Then months later we received emails that previous payments were not received, surprising because payments before and after were received. Beware for KAS Cleaning Services, since what is promised is not what is received.

KAS was able to get me scheduled in last minute and was very kind and courteous through out the whole process which was nice especially going through a move. They showed up on time and wasted no time. The thoroughness in the cleaning they did to my apartment was unbelievable. It was cleaner than when I moved it originally. I'm still amazed on the job they did and 100% would and will recommend!

I have used KAS cleaning service for years They do a marvelous job. I have the same team every week. These ladies not only work hard from the moment they enter the house but are extremely skilled. Throughout COVID they wear masks and they are always so pleasant. If you can get on their schedule you will not be disappointed!

I just had one of my bathrooms remodeled and you can imagine the dust all over. My contractor recommended and arranged for KAS Cleaning to come over. and what a WONDERFUL job they did. They had to clean not only the remodeled bathroom but had to mop, vacuum, the floors. Had to dust the the furniture and vacuum the living room furniture. Very impressed with the ladies, Claudia and her two associates. Thank you KAS cleaning service. I will be contacting you in the near future to arrange a cleaning service.

I have used KAS Cleaning for a few months now. If you want your house super clean, use KAS. I have tried several different cleaning companies and KAS has been the best. They are a little more pricey than I am used to, but I have learned you get what you pay for. KAS cleans under rugs, behind furniture and even hidden window seals. VERY PLEASED!

I've never used a house cleaning service before, and had to have my house cleaned for a move-out. Selected KAS after a thorough walk-through by Karin to review and estimate the job. It was a big job with some special window sizes and chandelier that needed cleaning. Also lots of drawers, cabinets and counters, with significant cleaning needed. Alfredo did a superb job on all the windows; the 3-lady crew did a truly outstanding job in all respects; very high quality by the whole group; all were very friendly and helpful. Quality met all expectations at a competitive price. I'd highly recommend KAS and would definitely have them take care of my future cleaning needs.

I came across KAS when I saw a neighbor using their services. I was looking for a new company as the company I had been using just lacked the detail that I was looking for. My house was clean, but it wasn't clean to where you feel a huge weight come off your shoulders. I met with KAS and they walked my house as I told them what I expected in a cleaning company; as everyone's expectations are different, so I felt it was important that I just let them know up front. Well, 2 years later, i'm still just amazed at how great my house is after they leave.

I've found myself emailing KAS to let them know how happy I was with my cleaning. well, finally I realized that I need not to tell them, but tell others how happy I am with their service. Today, i'm taking the time to express my 5 star rating; and I hope you give them a chance to prove me right. when I first met them, I asked if KAS stood for Kick ASS Service; they laughed, and said no, it's the initials of family members; and you can tell they take pride in that. As you know KAS cleaning was out last week to clean the lights and windows. Let me just say these two gentlemen were extremely polite and actually went beyond what they were hired to do. When Alfredo started on my office he wanted to make sure my electronics were out of the way of the dust that would be falling from the lights. Jenny had the idea to use one of the plastic table clothes we had in the kitchen.
That worked great. Then I asked while he had the light panel open could I jump up there and change the bulb? He said he would. Not only did he change mine but then he did it in each office, kitchen & restroom until we ran out of bulbs. This was not something they were hired to do. If their office has a survey or needs a reference please take the time to fill it out.

I have been using this service for about 6 months and so far have been very pleased with them. If I ever have any issues, I will speak with Karin or Alicy and they promptly resolve the problem but honestly this was only in the beginning. I would highly recommend their services and another bonus is that you can use credit card for payment!

We have used this cleaning service 4-5 times to clean our apt. Their service has gone from decent to bad. Our last experience with KAS was not a good one at all. The bed was not made up. They did not clean under the rugs in the kitchen or bathroom. All of the faucets had water spots still on them. They did not put several items back where they go after cleaning.
The countertops did not seem to be cleaned as well. We called the office and told them we were not happy with the way the apt was cleaned. They told us that they would explain to their cleaners what they missed and send them back out in a couple days. We were happy with this and hoped it would be fixed. When the cleaners showed up to correct what they had missed they asked me to go over what to clean although they were supposed to have already been told.
After going over a few problems they came up with excuses for each of the mistakes and made it clear that they believed it WAS cleaned properly the first time and just stood there. They would not clean anything like we were told they would. I could only somewhat communicate with 1 of the 3 ladies they sent out because the other 2 only spoke Spanish.
This whole problem and review could have been avoided if the cleaners would have come back to correct the mistakes made without making excuses or better yet did it right the first time. We will not be using this cleaning service ever again. We have also told other family members to stop using them.

This is the worst service I have received, I scheduled a cleaning service just the day before I move out and no one turned out on the day and even worse I called them at least couple of times and left voicemails, no one responded to it! When I finally was able to get hold of them, they informed the girls have taken off and they cannot do it on the day, is this how you run a businless, aren't they suppose to inform customers of these situations? and let me deal with the messy situation. I would never recommend them and pls avoid them at all cost.

We hired KAS cleaning to clean our 2 bedroom apartment when we moved out after 9 years of living there, so a lot of dust and grime had built up. I contacted them for a quote by email and received a competitive price the same day. We arranged everything by email and only talked on the phone the day of the cleaning appointment to confirm details. The ladies were on time and very friendly.
They cleaned the whole place in about 2 1/2 hours and did a great job. I didn't think we could get it this clean. So, friendly, reliable and good price. if we ever need a cleaning service again, we'd hire them for sure!
