We recently moved into a rental that allegedly had the carpets "cleaned" previously. The carpets were wet and it looked like someone has swished something around in a circle in one room. Our property manager called in Anthony and all I can say is 100% this is what cleaned carpets should look like. He didn't try to pressure us into any extra treatments.
I feel like he reviewed the carpets and gave his honest opinions as to what we needed to do. The carpets are older and show their age but after his work, they looked much better. I felt better in the house knowing that they were cleaned by someone who cared about the quality of their work. We will be calling Anthony again when it's time to move out.
