OMG!!! I hired this company a few weeks ago and I am in love. They did a better job then me. This as always been a challenge for me to give up my house work. But, this company did a great job. Thank you so much. And this was on short notice. The cost was reasonable and worth every penny. I will get these services again.

Maple Maids quoted me $100 for basic cleaning, no bedrooms 3.5 bathrooms. After purchase and booking, I received a message that their system had an error and the cost was $179. Yest Next Day Cleaning can do a 6 hour deep clean, which includes bedrooms for $199. This company should have honored their quote, and not come back asking for more.

Wonderful experience. The cleaners showed up (wearing masks) and got right to work. The end result was very good and the carpet cleaner showed up toward the end of the cleaning for a seamless transition. The carpets are off white and they were terrible with dark stains. Afterwards, they look new. I wish I had taken before and after!

Decent job for a move out cleaning service, and a good price. Unfortunately the blue tablet they put in the toilet to clean, also caused the toilet to leak.

Maple maids did a great job addressing our move-out cleaning needs. Very thorough.

This has been my cleaning service for many years. They offer once every two week service (which is all I need), economical and quick &and& everything is sparkling clean when they leave.

I've been a patron of Maple Maids since 2003. They clean my apartment every two weeks arriving between 9 and 3. I trust them to be in the apartment alone and it's usually the same cleaners so I have come to know them by face. They are economical, quick, thorough and offer deeper cleaning such as Fridge and Oven which I take advantage of once or twice a year. I've never thought of changing them in the 14 years of association.

What a waste of time and money. These guys got to my place three hours late and had to rush over the cleaning process because they had another client. They didn't even apologize for being late. Not a dependable cleaning service.

MAPLE MAIDS IS A JOKE. Please, take my advice and DON'T BOTHER. I booked them for a move in clean and they stole some of the few possessions in the apartment at the time (a bottle of wine etc) and the manager has not taken my complaint seriously as he seems to think they have the right to remove those items. I don't buy this as there were other things left behind by these people that wasn't cleaned out by them. Go elsewhere they absolutely suck. I can't tell you how much they have upset me

I used Maple Maids in September 2015 to do a "move out" thorough cleaning of a condo I was renting in Centreville. I could not have been more pleased with their services. The two ladies were very meticulous and spent nearly 2 hours cleaning, polishing, and wiping down everything from windows to baseboards. They even moved the refrigerator and cleaned behind it. I would highly recommend their cleaning services.

I recently had maple maids do a move out service and was extremely disappointed. You should not have to clean after a maid service you pay $256, which is what I had to do. If it was 1 or 2 minor items that needed cleaning this would have been no big deal.like the cob webs or a few minor details, but the large items such as the fridge and oven to be left unclean for a "move out" service is ridiculous.

Several items were not cleaned that were listed as part of the services that were provided. The refrigerator, oven, base boards, cob webs, blinds. Although someone was sent the following day to rectify, the person did not have the proper tools to clean cob webs off of vaulted ceilings, there were still remnants in the oven, but they do not scrub so as to not "scratch" the surface, the baseboards were not cleaned and she stated that the other person was supposed to clean them ( I had to go through and clean them), I also pointed out that the blinds were still dusty and she also stated that they don't rub hard so as to not bend the blinds which is understandable, however I showed her that I was not using any pressure to wipe the blinds with the sponge and dirt was clearly visible (she begrudgingly went through and wiped down a few).

These are all services that were clearly pointed out that would be done on the move out service. I have called a few times to discuss with someone and no one has returned my call, which I find extremely unprofessional. If you use this service I would recommend staying on site to ensure everything that is stated in the contract is done prior to their departure. I will not be using their service ever again.

I recently used Maple Maids to do my move out clean-up. I lived in a one bedroom in DC. I needed them to just do a deep cleaning to ensure that it looked as good as it did when I moved in. I was very surprised. The floors were sparkling, the oven and fridge were spotless, the bathroom was spotless as well. It looked better than I had expected. I had never hired maids before, but I just did not feel like moving all day and then having to come back and clean.

I called around and either places were overpriced or they could not come out when I needed them to. Maple Maids was reasonable and could come out exactly when I needed them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. The person I spoke with on the phone told me clearly that the price was an estimate and could change, depending on the condition of the property.

The apartment was not filthy, but definitely needed some deep cleaning, and they charged me exactly what the estimate was. The negative reviews appear to be by people that were extremely dirty and/or extremely racist (see "illegal worker" comments). I had a great experience with Maple Maids.

We just moved here from LA, and were looking for a service that was reasonably priced, but could handle a once a month deep cleaning of our towne home while not being afraid of our dog. They just left, and I am very happy! Mind you, my home is not very dirty or anything. We just don't like to do the deep cleaning of scrubbing toilets and mirrors very much, nor do we have the time.

These people were very nice, and extremely efficient. They even did under the sofa cushions and moved all the furniture to vacuum. They made my home sparkle, in much less time than it would take me to do the same. I am signing up for their monthly service. Ps. They take credit cards!

DO NOT HIRE. They overcharge for services they do not perform for move out service! If your house is super dirty, then you might get your money's worth, but if you are very clean they will rip you off and charge you close to $200 for one hour of work, and then will need to call them back for a "re-clean" because they didn't clean the major appliances that required one to pass inspection!

I think INS should check their employee records as I doubt they're legally allowed to work in this country, and potentially putting you at legal risk should they injure themselves.

Very poor cleaning service. Got a move-out cleaning done and the maids seemed to be in a rush to leave within 1.5hours. Had to do a lot of detailed cleaning after they left. At having effectively paid 60$ an hour - am sure you can get better service from elsewhere!

THIEVES! DO NOT USE MAPLE MAIDS! I told them the square footage of a room I wanted steam cleaned. They quoted me $105 on the phone, all included (tax, etc). Then they charged $125 to my credit card without telling me and when I called to contest it they claimed it was a larger room and bigger job than they expected. I told them the size of the room ahead of time.

How could it have been larger than expected? It was a basic steam cleaning, not even a stain removal. This is a scam they throw at customers to swindle more money. They charged my credit card without my approval or notification. Who does that? They are unethical. They are thieves. They are liars. I can't believe I let these people into my house.never again. BTW, they bring a machine that hooks up to YOUR faucet, and use YOUR water. They use a LOT of water. Beware!
