Our experience in May 2016 was extremely positive. We had a home with an elderly family member that had turned into a hoarding situation not unlike what you would see on television. Up to that point family intervention was unsuccessful. Megan and her team came in with compassion and professionalism, and returned the house to integrity. My aunt in maryland is a hoarder. We don't visit much but last time we did we couldn't get into the house as it was filled. Address Our Mess's people were great on the phone, they calmed my aunt down enough to get her to agree to let us and them help. The date that my aunt scheduled. we weren't available to help, but they told it was fine as long as she was there.

They did it all, the removal the cleaning, and when we were able to get back to maryland to check on my aunt, it was amazing. Not only were the floors cleared away, they were cleaned. The walls, the bathroom, kitchen, all of it was cleaned as well. Well worth the money, my aunt can actually live in her house again. Amazing Job
