After buying an apartment in an old coop in Forest Hills, Queens NYC, my wife decided to completely change the bathroom, the surprise came when breaking the walls we found that the whole room was utterly infected with dangerous black mold hidden by the seller with a fake new wall with the only purpose to be able to sell the unit. We had to act fast, lucky enough to meet Mr. Hidalgo, He did the job leaving the whole area and surroundings with no mold at all. Highly recommend! We had a sewage flood in our basement over the July 4th weekend. The plumber came and took out all the water. We called Strictly Restoration to remove everything that water touched and disinfect. Jamie and his team were there 3 days in row cleaning out the basement. I called Jaime as soon as I found out about our water damage and he and his crew came over right away, after-hours, to remove the waterlogged sheetrock and get the fans blowing for a few days. It took a long time for us to work out coverage for the damages with our neighbors and their insurance co. but Jaime was incredibly understanding and patient with the process.
Once it was all figured out, he was very responsive and repaired the damaged area right away. More than any other contractor we have ever used, he and his crew were especially careful and covered our home to prevent damage and dust from the work. There was a small snafu where the plaster cracked after painting but Jaime responded and fixed it immediately.
Not only is Jaime a calm, reliable and knowledgeable professional, he is a real gem of a person. He went as far as to give advice on other water damage issues I had in my home separate from the project at hand. I would recommend his services highly.

Great, professional service! First and foremost I would like to personally thank Jaime, Brandon and rest of the Strictly Cleaning Restoration crew on a job well done and for give me a sense of normalcy. I had a sewage backup in my basement for the first time and didn't know which direction to start.
