I have been using Advantage to clean carpets at my apartment community for over 20yrs. They are always here in a timely manner and do an outstanding job cleaning apartments. Very happy! This is my second time I've gotten my carpets done. Every single time I'm always pleased! Any issue or stain I point out, it's like a cake walk for him, always. Always gets any stain out, like it's nothing. Thank you so much! I was so shocked the stain lifted. Not to mention the lovely customer service I always get from him as well. He is such a peach, and to add to my wonderful experience. He is always on time for me. They have an hour window, mine was from 9-10am today and he showed up at exactly 9 am! Thank goodness. God bless!

The job itself was done flawlessly, and I trust this company to do the carpet cleaning properly. I did, however, noted that this company has a lack of communication which is a part of customer service-- the guy showed up an hour+ late to the appointment without notifying me. That being said, this company is about the same as any other carpet cleaning company in its overall service.
