When I called SteamPro, Tom came to my home asap to give me an estimate for the work I needed done. He told me he needed to replace the padding underneath my carpet because it was wet from a flood I had just experienced. He told me he would also clean the carpet after the padding was installed. I scheduled to have the work done, and the job was completed today, much to my satisfaction. Tom really did his best to get the job done quickly to prevent the growth of mold.
I felt like he sincerely cared about doing the right thing on many levels, including giving me a very fair price. I would highly recommend this cleaning service company to friends, family, and anyone else. My carpet looks great now. Thank you Tom from StemPro!

I have been using SteamPro for over 10 years. These guys are amazing. #1 Customer service and very trustworthy. They used to do our gym for a long time. The gym closed and now they are just doing our home every 6 months we call them and they come and the rugs looks incredible when they finish. Nicest owners. I will never ever use anyone else!

A+ service! These guys are great! Inexpensive and really makes the carpeting look new again! They always fit me in within a day or two of calling. My dogs still make accidents in the house and steam pro gets any and all urine out of the carpeting. Just had the carpeting steamed today and it smells great!

Steam Pro saved the day! After some pipes froze and burst during the first bad storm we had this winter, Steam Pro came in to deal with the flood damage on our first floor carpeting.
