I called Jim's team a few weeks ago, because my carpets needed an emergency cleaning. We recently made a renovation of the house and we forgot to cover the carpets and they were all in dust and dirt. The cleaners brought their own equipment and put a lot of effort to clean them. The team members were very friendly and polite and all of the carpets looks fantastic now. I highly recommend them and I'll use them again soon.

I hired this company for the second time. The first time it was for a carpet cleaning and I was impressed with the final result and that's why I decided to call them again for a deep clean. The team arrived on time and cleaned every single corner of my home! The most impressive part was that I was originally quoted one price for a team of two for 5 hours but the cleaning took an hour less, so they charged me for a team of two for 4 hours! The job was done perfectly and they were very efficient. I'd absolutely use them for now on a regular basis

I have recently moved in Sandy Springs and my new home needed an emergency carpet cleaning, because the previous owner had cats. The odour was unbearable, especially with my allergy. I asked my new neighbour for a good cleaning service and she recommended to me this company. I called them and they were able to come an hour later. The cleaners were very friendly, polite and courteous.
They brought some fantastic-smelling products for the rugs. The whole carpet cleaning took two hours and every one of them looked fantastic, smell fantastic and I have no longer had allergic symptoms. The price was very good and I regret, I didn't hire them for the whole move-in cleaning.

Flawless cleaning service! I called Jim's Cleaning Services a week ago because I was very busy and I didn't manage to clean my house before the birthday party of my little boy. I requested a quote and it was very reasonable so I decided to hire them for the job. They arrived exactly at the scheduled time and cleaned everything including the furniture and the windows.
After everything was done I was more than impressed. I don't know what type of cleaners they use but the smell from them was amazing, like my house was full with flowers. At the end I want to say that I highly recommend this company to everyone looking for impeccable cleaning service!

I used this company for carpet cleaning and I was pleased with the results. I have ever had a tough times cleaning my carpets, there were always spots left or pet hair. As my girlfriend once said: it's grimier than before. The last week I spoiled a wine over my carpet and decided to call professionals.
