Critical: Professionalism Purchased Groupon for up to three rooms for $39. When vendor arrived refused to provide services because we didn't want to purchase any additional pre-treatment for an extra $400. Pretreatment was unnecessary because we have our carpets cleaned every year. This is just a scam to get more money out of consumers.

Once again Shane and company knocked it out of the park. last minute plans changed and Christmas is being held at my house, yeah we're talking DEFCON 5 calling all cars with all and I mean ALL hands on deck. KNOW THE RIGHT QUESTIONS TO ASK! Initially I was very happy with Shane and his assistant. They were prompt, professional and did a great job of cleaning my two rooms. The price of area rug cleaning was out of our budget so we were not able to do that. The one negative comment I can make about this team is that carpet protection (Scotch Guarding) was not provided or offered.
When I've had carpets cleaned in the past this was a service that was included. Common sense should tell you to protect your carpets. Since this was not discussed at the time I scheduled the cleaning I stupidly assumed it was included in the cleaning. One month later, one of my kids vomited on the carpet and SUPRISE I cannot remove the stain even through I immediate attempted to remove the stain within minutes of the occurrence.
When I called Shane today, he said protection is not included and that is not something he pushes on client. WHAT?!?!?! What good business owner does not try to up-sale their services?!?! He had not problem offering to come back to my house to clean the room again but I've already paid for it once and not doing it again.

Shane and his counterpart were punctual and very professional in responding to my inquires. Day of the appointment they were on time and did an outstanding job cleaning my carpet and tile. I was ready to rip out my carpet due to stains I could not get out and made worse by trying to spot clean the area. I called Carpet Service Express and thought I would try to have carpets cleaned before I started ripping out. AMAZING is what I said after they finished cleaning 3 rooms. I did ask for stain removal so they did a deep scrub and finished all 3 rooms in an hour. I was excited to go look again at the rooms once they dried to make sure there were no stains. No stains looks like new carpet!

Carpet Service Express did an excellent job cleaning the carpet for my entire second floor. They cleaned 4 bedrooms, hallway and stairs. The two gentlemen that came were super professional and personable. I was given a very thorough explanation of the services I was scheduled to receive and detailed information on the what the results would be. I DEFINITELY will be using them again in the future as you should as well.

Shane was on time, courteous, and professional. We decided to get our carpets cleaned because our baby was showing interest in crawling around so we wanted to get the high traffic areas clean and WOW did it get clean. I didn't even realize how dirty it aurally was., we also plan to move in a few months and will be using this company again upon move out. 10/10 would recommend!

Carpet service express was amazing. We called them with short notice to clean carpets in the whole house because we were moving out. Not only were they efficient the customer service was excellent. They were accommodating and respectful. We had a few pet spots that he treated and the carpets look fantastic. I would highly recommend them.
