I was only able to give Bob and his crew one day notice to come and clean all of my heat ducts and old coal furnace yet they came bright and early and cleaned everything so thoroughly. They were so respectful and professional. I have always relied on this company and they have never let me down. Thank you Bob and crew for once again doing such a great job.

They came when water damage occurred and cleaned up water well. That is where you need to say no thanks to further involvement with this outfit and call the insurance company yourself and get help using professional tradesmen. The expense was outrageous. Once again the phrase "Just trust me I'll take care of it" is a red flag to obey.

Highly automated and modern equipment. Go basic or Deluxe wash. Giant brushes wash and strong blasts of spray rinse. Then ionized water is used to release the clinging water droplets. Massive, powerful blowers dries your vehicle. Afterwards there many FREE vaccum stations. The wand is tapered to get in to tight spaces. Monthly pass costs $29 so you can wash your car every day of the month.

Bob and crew did a great job cleaning our carpet. Bob and his crew were called away to a water break at another residence, Bob said they would return to complete cleaning our area rugs, which they did in a very timely manner the same day. You shouldn't have to.but review the work before they leave. Had a chimney cleaned and the next time the wind blew, we listened to the cap rattle around for a week before it blew off. Called and requested they get back immediately and correctly install the cap. They came back and installed the cap.but yet again failed to secure it as it was designed.
We just had the chimney cleaned by a different firm and guess what - the cap just fell off when the last one to touch it was Bob's. Funny how we built the home 10 years ago and never had a problem with the cap until that cleaning last winter.
