Critical: Quality, Value After the guys left we looked at the furnace filter. It wasn't cleaned. Took down some of the duct work for fixing other things and it was like it hadn't been touched. We ended up wiping it out as much as we could, with wet rags. Too expensive to have to do all this after they supposedly cleaned.

You must leave a message with the answering service and wait for a return call. Then once you get your call back you provide general detail and then wait for a call from the estimator. It took 2 calls to get the estimator out. When they did arrive it seemed like we were an inconvenience to his schedule. They came in $500 higher than local competitor. It was not worth the hassle.
