I have been using Cary Clean Team for almost 10 years. They always do a great job, are super dependable, and the teams that come are very professional. They have always been able to work with my schedule when I need to change it and somehow always work it out. They ALWAYS call me back if I do need them which is so important to me. I always feel grateful to them for my beautiful clean house when they leave!

I found Cary Clean Team about a year ago and I've hired them for home cleaning once per month. They do a great job. I love coming home to a clean house without having to lift a finger! They're also great with my dogs. I definitely recommend Cary Clean Team to anyone in need.

We had 3 of the ladies from the CCT show up on time for our very first appointment with them. They asked what areas of our home we were most focused on and spent the next couple hours deep cleaning our house. We were so pleased with the quality of work. Cary Clean Team is worth every penny.

So this was my first time using a cleaning service and I have to admit after spending $329 for barely 3 hours of cleaning, I still have dust and unclean bathrooms, baseboards and floors. Needless to say this experience has left me very frustrated and I will NOT recommend Cary Clean Team to anyone wanting their homes cleaned. I will list my reasons below: 1.

They will do everything to get your business and will not specify over phone that if you go over the allotted time it is going to cost you extra (a lot extra). I was quoted $149 and was finally billed $329 2. Their team deliberately wastes time and goes real slow in the name of doing a good job. 3. Their staff, especially the younger ones are very very rude and lazy.

Two hours and they were still in my kitchen. Even visitors to my home and my neighbors who visited before the cleaning and walked through again after the cleaning were like 'what did they do'? 5. I still have dust settled in my bathroom, even the ones they took two hours to clean. Bear in mind per my neighbors, we have one of the cleanest homes in our neighborhood.

There are better, more professional cleaners who will be upfront with you and not gouge you later with surprise billing. Save yourself some trouble and I strongly suggest you look elsewhere before hiring the clean team in Cary. Be wise, think twice and save as much as three times. Look elsewhere

Cary Clean Team has cleaned our house by-weekly for more than 3 years and they also clean my mothers home. They are appreciated each time. "We Love having them Clean." We are a busy family and without Cary clean team, it seemed my wife never stopped. A team can be in and out fast. beds all made with clean fresh sheets, 2 1/2 baths cleaned hard wood floors shinning, blinds/everything dusted and a clean microwave oven.

I would give them zero star if it's possible. They don't have rags to clean the house. What kind of service is that. They want tips before they start the work. Horrible cleaning service u ever get. Not recommend this service to any one. These service are a scams

I typically don't give anybody five stars, BUT, I was pleasantly surprised with this cleaning service. My husband and I were moving out of our apartment on May 31st and needed a deep clean to ensure that we did not accrue any extra charges from our complex. I left my key outside of the door, and the great part about it, they only had to update me on their arrival window.

They were not bothersome whatsoever (didn't send me a bunch of text updates), and when we went to go look at the apartment, it was IMMACULATE! We attempted to call to set up monthly cleanings for our new home, but unfortunately we are too far away :( The price is surely reasonable and service impeccable. Highly recommended!

We have been using Cary Clean Team for several years; for a deep clean, regular cleaning, and for moving in and out of a new home. They always do a fantastic job and we love coming home to a clean home. We have had a few issues pop up over the last few years (nothing major), and they also go above and beyond in their customer service. From Valynda in the office, to the various teams over the years, they are always consistent and provide excellent service. I would certainly recommend them.

We used Cary Clean Team once and they were great, although expensive. I called be left voicemail to use them again as well as sent an email and never heard back on either occasion. I have been using The Cary Clean Team for almost 18 years! In the beginning, it was Deb and Cecil who came to my home. The business has grown over the years, and now It is a different "team". However; the quality of their work has not changed Always pleasant, always neat appearing, and always a thorough job! I am grateful to have found a dependable and trustworthy company. Cary clean team was our go to cleaning service for months but after the past three cleanings and a rate increase we cancelled all future appointments. They did well cleaning in the beginning, usually nicely done and thorough. But each subsequent visit a new team would come and again need to be told how to clean the house. The rates went up with no notice but we were told it was emailed to the wrong address. We cancelled after that. Prices were 117 for a 4 bedroom house and then went to 150+.

We've been using Cary Clean team for almost two years now and have been happy with the service. I really like that their pricing is by the hour. We are fairly clean people, so it seemed unfair that our last cleaning company charged us a flat fee regardless of how messy our house was. The quality of service and the crew's arrival time is fairly consistent.

We especially love the little touches they provide, such as folding the hand towels in the bathroom. There have only been a handful of times where the cleaning wasn't as up to par or that the crew arrived earlier than expected (tough when you have to corral a newborn and dogs). The office staff is fantastic too. They send email reminders for our upcoming cleanings and they try to be accommodating when we have to reschedule our cleaning due to a holiday.

12/7/16 UPDATE - today was to be my rescheduled appointment from missing last week. Again I waited around for the team to show up. After 15 minutes, I left for work. I called the office and learned that they had been locked out of their building this morning and got a late start. If they had given me a courtesy call, I wouldn't have an issue. But I received no call. I have canceled my service with Cary Clean Team and will not be using them again.

I was very pleased with the results of the move out cleaning performed by Cary Clean Team They accommodated me when I asked if they could move up the appointment to an earlier day. I would definitely recommend them. The staff was very friendly whenever I spoke to them on the phone. They came through for me without a glitch!

Cary Clean team is amazing! These wonderful ladies is very good at what they do, meticulous and professional. We have been using them since 2007. We are glad with their service. I am Updating my review. They are the best. I have tried two other cleaning company and now KNOW the service provided by Cary Clean Team is the best.

Cary Clean Team is a very efficient, professional service. And the results show in their work. A 3-person team completes our 2500-sq ft town house in an hour and it looks spectacular.

I have had the Cary Clean Team clean my home for several years. They consistently do a good job. I am almost never home when they come, so they have a key to my house and come in, clean and leave being sure to lock up after themselves. So I trust them implicitly and they are dependable as well. They bring their own equipment and the vacuums they use do and outstanding job. I am pleased with their work.

Seriously outstanding. They are so well organized and reliable. I also love that they are so trustworthy. Once someone bumped into a piece of furniture, and a piece of trim fell out (that I'm certain was loose before). They repaired it, left us a note explaining exactly what happened, and offered to pay for a furniture pro to fix it. There was no need since they'd already fixed it perfectly.

Another time they accidentally broke a bottle of wine and they replaced it. They're seriously SO careful that I felt bad for having them take care of those things because goodness knows I would have broken at least twice as much if I were cleaning our house. Ha! I also appreciated that they were so conscientious about pricing. Whenever they'd raise rates (infrequently and very minimally), they would check in with us to see if we wanted to modify what they were doing for us so they wouldn't spend as long at our house.

They also did SUCH a good job. As long as we were having them regularly visit, our friends with cat allergies had significantly less trouble at our home. And they were always careful not to let our crazy cats out too. I just can't say enough good things about them. I'm just sorry they don't have a branch where we've moved!

I used this company to clean my carpets and were they a mess! Cary Clean Team gave them extra attention where I had children-related stains and I was amazed at the results. I would recommend this company for carpet cleaning and because of the quality of service I received, I am sure they would do a fantastic job on interior home cleaning as well.
