I was very happy with the results and the timing. Also, he came alone which made it easy to deal with as I have 2 dogs and really no one was "in the way". He was a little late which was NOT his fault it was the customer before me who was making him run late but he did call me a couple times to touch base with me so overall I rate him and his company a 5.

He was not pushy either when I spoke to him about the rug cleaning and didn't call me back many times like other companies did. I simply set up the appointment and he came and did his thing. I will call him again it the spring to have my furniture cleaned. The price was excellent too!
