I bought a used couch off of Facebook market and had some stains, marker markings from previous owners child, slight oder and crumbs throughout the couch. Within 30 minutes of cleaning my couch looks absolutely brand new and smells amazing! The gentlemen that helped us was very nice and really took pride in his work. WOULD RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE!

I moved out of my apartment complex. When we did my walk through I showed the property manager exactly where my dog had vomited (she had issues and was taken to the vet immediately after, this was uncontrollable) in 2 spots. My dog is house broken and has been for years she is going on 8 years old. She has never once urinated in the apartment to my or my fiance's knowledge.
And even if she did it would have been in her enclosed area as she only roamed freely when we were home. Long story short. Americlean was hired by my apartment complex to clean the carpet. I had no issue with that, I knew I would have to pay something. My issue is that in their description they wrote "About is urine spots throughout, slight pet odor, significant surface stains from urine throughout, recommend treatment thank you." Pet odor? Possibly. Stains? Yes, in those spots I mentioned.
But significant urine stains throughout from a house trained dog? Not hardly. They are taking people's money because they can. I got $2.31 back from my deposit because the bulk of it went into cleaning a falsely accused urine stained carpet.
