We called several carpet cleaning companies on Saturday and Lee from Service Knight was the only company to return our call. He was very professional and arrived to our home within an hour. He was able to clean our 4 bedroom home right before the final walk through for our home closing. I highly recommend Lee and the Service Knight team for service. We received great comments from the buyers about the cleanliness of the carpet. Thanks again Lee, you were a life saver!

I made an appointment with ServiceKnight for them to come out and clean my two couches a standard size and love sofa, along with an area rug my appointment was for Wednesday May 25, 2022 between 9am-11am, around 11:30am I noticed no one had called or arrived for my appointment. I called several times before receiving a call back and was told that an "emergency" came up at 5:30 am that same morning so that they wasn't sure when they would finish with that job and therefore assuring someone would call me regarding a new appointment time for later in the week.

I received a text message the next day stating that my new appointment was for Saturday May 28, 2022 for 9am-11am. Again, no one called or arrived for my appointment. Once I realized that no one was coming out, I did not bother to contact them regarding my second appointment seeing that they were unreliable. I as excited about having my furniture restored so needless to say that I was very disappointed in this company and with that I'm not sure about the quality of their service but their professionalism and reliability was very poor from my experience with them.

Service Knight does an AMAZING job! Lee and Tristan were very professional, prompt, efficient, courteous and addressed all of my concerns. I had 3 rooms of carpet, 2 area rugs, and my very large sectional sofa cleaned. They were able to get out all the stains from children and pets and left my house smelling so fresh. They went above and beyond to work us into their schedule on short notice. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing professional steam cleaning. It will be done the right way, the first time.

You've got to use them! After the first technician came and didn't truly complete the job to a standard, the owner himself came and made sure to do an outstanding job on the loveseat and couch I just purchased from someone! They were so patient with me and understanding although I was not there the first or second time they came, but they were willing to work with me while my mom was at the house when they came in to work. They also offer military discounts! The couches are now pristine and I can't believe the night and day difference from when I first bought them!

Lee was fantastic to work with! I needed multiple patches repaired in my carpet that were torn and he was able to fix each one to look like new! He made sure I was satisfied with his work along the way and kept me updated throughout the job. He also installed transitions where a previous contractor had done botched work. He was extremely professional, courteous of my time, and exceeded expectations! I would highly recommend Service Knight for any flooring needs and will use them again should the need arise.

I really enjoyed doing business with Service Knight & our sectional looks BRAND NEW! We purchased it from a yard sale, so we wanted to have it professionally cleaned. After some research & price comparison, we booked with Service Knight. The whole process was very user friendly with immediate confirmation. Prices are extremely competitive & they proudly offer a military discount (which my veteran husband appreciated very much) Also, the customer service here can not be beat! Was thrilled with the cleaning by ServiceKnight! As a family with two dogs and an infant, you can imagine the spills we deal with on an almost weekly basis. ServiceKnight was fast to schedule, incredibly communicative, and most importantly.did a stellar job cleaning our sectional. Service was awesome! Technician took his time and got out stains I didn't expect to come out. My carpet actually looks brand new. Last company I used couldn't even compare! Price was also good. I will definitely recommend them to others and be using them again.

Our brick floors look brand new! Service Knight was able to take off 20 years of grime. They were diligent in cleaning, professional and friendly. They also cleaned our neutral rug and ottoman which looks brand new as well. Our new year is off to a clean start! We will be using them again!

I made an appointment today and they showed up on time as promised. The staff was absolutely friendly. What had me reeling was the switch on prices. Originally, I was quoted $165 for a love seat, sofa and recliner with $2 extra for pillows, which was fine. When the serviceman got here, he measured my sofa and loveseat and said it would be $212 plus $35 for the recliner.

I asked why the change. He said it cost $15 a linear foot and they didn't know this when he quoted me the price. This all would have been fine if when I had originally called, they let me know this. I could have measured the couches myself and had the real cost. Of course, I refused the service because I wasn't informed of the true prices. After the service man left, management called and said they would do it all for $165.

He was nice on the phone and stated the policy again about $15 a linear foot, but stated he would make an exception because he wanted to make me happy. I thought that was nice, but at that point, I was too angry to accept. I'm writing this review to make sure others know that it is $15 a linear foot to clean upholstery.

Nothing but superior service every time Lee and his time are asked to provide their excellent service at our home. He and his team provide excellent work for an affordable price. Amazing work and he is an honest and professional business owner. I would suggest him to anyone for their carpet cleaning needs.

We contacted ServiceKnight about carpet cleaning to remove pet stains this past week, and they were extremely responsive to our service needs. Lowell was prompt, polite, and was able to treat the odor and stain problems in a very efficient manner. We will definitely use this company again!

One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had! This company is run by incredible people with excellent skills! They cleaned my carpets and a couch and not only are the carpets pristine now, but the price cannot be beat. Very professional and friendly service. They do amazing work and follow up to make sure you are satisfied. After giving them a try, I have now used them several times. We have indoor pets and the service we receive is so much better than previous companies.
