DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The owner is unprofessional, belligerent and rude. He called and yelled at me for a mistake on the part of his employees and the lack of preparedness on their end. His employees asked to fill up their water tank, costing me more money. I politely declined. They provided no further clarification/ explanation and said they would be right back and it was not an issue.
They also did not mention they were out of water when they called to let me know when they would arrive. The owner called and ranted about his employee costs because I declined to let them fill their tank with my water, costing me more money. They may be cheap but so is their customer service and quality. * He is also dishonest in his response below to his approach and any offer of compensation.
His exact words were "do you expect me to send them back and lose money myself". He just kept ranting about his cost. In future, it would serve him and his company to better train employees to provide better communication and detail. "Fill a tank" on a truck does not sound like 30 gallons of water and no explanation or offer of compensation was given.*

My carpet was absolutely filthy. I live in a rental with cheap light beige carpet that is a magnet for dirt. They got it cleaned, if they can clean that they can clean anything. Very prompt and professional service. Had two guys work as a team. Also very competitive rates. My go to carpet cleaners. Highly recommend

I had scheduled them to clean a house I was moving into, but the previous people weren't out in time. I had to reschedule and they were able to move things around and still get me taken care of the day I needed! They were fast and professional and my carpets look great! And the price was so much less than others I called. Thank you so much! I will recommend them to everyone that needs their carpets done.

I am very happy with the professionalism and results of my carpet cleaning. They were extremely efficent and didn't mind my son's fascination with watching them. Also, when they finished the card reader was not with the owner. My credit card tends to not like to be written down and entered so I let them know. I get paid on Friday so I offered to post date a check they were happy to accept this. I truly appreciated that. Don't believe the neigh sayers- some people are impossible to please. A+ job from this teacher's grading!

Excellent customer service! The guys arrived right on time, neatly dressed. Then they walked thru my house with me and had me point out any areas I was concerned about. Once they started, the job was finished very quickly. I am still in awe on how clean my carpets came out. They even got out some stains that I had given up on after cleaning several times with my Rug Doctor.

The techs showed up on time and got right to work. I had to leave on some errands but when I got home; later that day; the carpets looked brand new and smelled great. They even raked the carpet and left some air movers to accelerate the drying which I appreciate. I've had other experiences with other companies where the carpet wasn't raked and fans weren't left.this company exceeded my expectations. Thanks for jobs well done!

Great carpet cleaning service. We left for a weekend trip and had them clean the carpets in our entire house. Everything was great when we got back and the carpet looked perfect! Awesome customer service. They also came and helped us a couple of months prior when we had a water leak in our basement. They cleaned it all up and dried the carpet out. They even came back a couple of days later to make sure everything was dry, including the walls. We will definitely use this service again!
