Katie was born and raised in Fort Collins, Colorado. She moved to the Big Island to attend the University of Hawaii at Hilo. She fell in love with the island and all of the people she has met so, upon graduating in May 2009 with a Bachelors of Business Administration, she decided to open Aloha All Natural Cleaning Services!

Unfortunately my service was cancelled after 2 years. A vague and unsatisfying stock letter was sent to me stating that I had been unhappy(even though I never complained about any service) and therefore it was not a match. On a few occasions, I had noticed cleaners skipping over some details, which I contacted the owner about. She was quick to provide a makeup appointment.
Never had an issue with follow-up appointments. I was so blooming happy to have help every two weeks cleaning our wood floors and bathrooms. I was enthusiastic and helpful. I was a clear communicator. Trying to contact the owner and not receiving any correspondence back about what went wrong(it's been 4 months) should've been the clue. Let me say that the service started out good for me, so this started to feel deceptive. Obviously, when working in a personal setting in close contact or speaking distance to a person or people, the employee should have some basics.
They need boundaries, confidence and professionalism. But what was the real reason they would cancel a communicator and a happy customer? Aloha All Natural would not answer in person. Clarifying the issue from the owner, employee stand point, and in person, would have been the first remedy. A quick call was necessary to clear up any confusion or give direction for changes to correct an error. But, with no follow up to comfort my request, I started to wonder if my 'rub out' was due to a financial arrangement (that was fair to me), but wasn't matching the dollar of what the owner intended.
So after all the happy cleanings that happened, and good help that was given, was my 'end' due to a disgruntled but already rattled employee? Or was it a financial 'up-level' made without the courtesy of a phone call to a good home owner? Sheesh, I can't seem to give 5 stars for that.

I came back to a fresh, sparkling home! At first, we we're super skeptical about letting someone in all corners of our home when we weren't there, so I read every bit of info and review I could find about the company. I even subscribed to their email list, but still couldn't bring myself to do it. Until last Friday when I got an email from Aloha All Natural Cleaning at the perfect moment.
I was fretting about my house needing to be clean before having my daughters friends over for the weekend. Yikes, I had zero time to do it myself. Getting a quote and scheduling service was quick and easy! Everything was done via email and phone which was extremely convenient for us. They made sure the person who cleaned had my number to call for directions or issues, so there wasn't any hassle or miscommunication of a third party.
Although I never met the person who cleaned my home, my dad came by to check and said he was nice and friendly. For my dad to say that and leave my house after meeting him, FIVE STARS! Wow, they got everything! Other reviewers aren't exaggerating when they say their homes were sparkling! My home was l i t e r a l l y SPARKLING and it smelled fresh, non-chemical clean!
They made what seemed like a huge, gigantic, time consuming task very manageable. We are so happy. I'm glad there's a company we can trust to call on when cleaning our house becomes more than we can handle :

I have used Aloha All Natural Cleaning for over a year. I contracted this service as a gift for my wife. She absolutely LOVES the service! The cleaning personnel are friendly, efficient, and very thorough. Using environment-friendly products is a HUGE plus. When service started the staff went through our home asking questions about what we wanted done, how often, and made suggestions on cleaning our home so that we would be pleased with the results.
Our home sparkles and Katie's staff are just just like good friends. I highly recommend Aloha All Natural Cleaning Services. They have made our life so much easier - and our home cleaner.

My wife and I have employed Aloha All Natural Cleaning Services since April of 2010 to clean our two bedroom two bath vacation rental in Hawaiian Paradise Park. Since then they have cleaned the house over 100 times - many times within a very tight 4 hour window. I solicit comments from all of my renters on their stay in our home and one comment I consistently hear is how clean and spotless the home is.
Beyond that, I find Katie and her staff are easy to reach via either email or phone which is critical to us as we live on the mainland. There have been several times when I needed someone to pop by to perform an extra task and Katie and her team are always willing to accommodate me. Most recently in August of 2014, following tropical Storm Iselle, I asked them to pop by and check on the general condition of the home and to send back pictures reflecting the condition of our home.
They did this for me promptly, even though there were still downed power lines and cables. Then at our request, they made two follow up trips to ensure that the power and cable/internet/phone service was up and working and ready for our next guests. I cannot imagine using any other cleaning service in East Hawaii. Terry and Michael

I began using Aloha All Natural Cleaning Services a year ago. I love the fact that they use environmentally friendly products, and they take away my recycling items if requested. I use them for my own home, and occasionally for a rental home that I manage. One thing I really appreciate about them is their flexibility. If you don't need a cleaner every single week, they also offer the options of regular cleanings every two weeks, or once a month. Katie trains her team well.
They consistently show up on-time, and they are always quick, courteous and professional. As a working mom, sometimes it's hard to stay on top of all the cleaning a house needs. It's nice to know that I can count on Katie's crew to do a thorough job and to catch the things I miss.
