1st State Window Cleaning

Today was the first time I used this service and I was pleasantly surprised with the overall experience. The crew wore shoe covers to protect my floors, cleaned up after they were done and my windows were "squeaky clean" when they left. A much better overall job and value than the company I used in the past.

Earlier this week we had our windows cleaned and are very satisfied with the results. We have a 2 story home with 33 windows, 2 skylights, and 2 sliding doors. They are bottom tilt windows only, so a ladder was required to clean the outside upper windows. The upper outside of the windows & the skylights had not been cleaned in many many many years. Josh and Cheyenne were the team that worked at our home - - they were both very nice & very professional. Additionally, they worked methodically and carefully throughout the home, gently moving furniture that was in their way and replacing it when they were done.

I felt they genuinely took their time to do a good job. Our screens are old and most of the little plastic handles to remove them have been broken and many more broke during removal (due to age), but Josh had a tool that allowed them to still remove the screens to clean them. I was very excited this was possible. The windows truly look fantastic! We are very pleased with the outcome and the good service and we will definitely use them again. I would highly recommend 1st State.

When you have your windows cleaned by 1st State Windows you will be able to see everything in a different light. The Service is excellent. The men are exceptional with the care of your property. It is the only way to go for a look at a brighter day when you look out the windows. It is very uplifting with your morning

We have used this company for years now, both Kyle and Kalil were great at the cleaning and the attention to detail. Very courteous and careful around my furniture and objects. Someone forgot their booties and then put them on later. no problem just a mention of it. The power washing the day before was fine and at a good price too. Steve & Noah (?) arrived in time. Got right to work & worked very efficiently getting my windows to sparkle!!!!! No dirty water drops left on the frames after they were done!
