We have had a great experience using Mop-Ups Cleaning Services over the past few months! They really went above and beyond for my family. I had sent in a request for a quote back in the summer of 2021. It took a long time to convince my parents that a deep cleaning was needed for their house. They finally agreed and I went back to the estimate that was given to us and agreed to it. They sent us a message stating since that was an estimate in July and it's now December it may not be possible due to the holiday.
I fully understood and Christine was so patient with me. I let her know that it was OK if it had to wait until the following year as it's so late to get it done but they squeezed us in. They were so professional about everything making sure they got all the details about what was needing to be done and was our main focus was. I have yet to go to the property but my dad's words were "I couldn't even recognize our bedroom after they were done cleaning." which is high praise from him. My parents are very satisfied with their work. Thank you again for your amazing services.

I reached out to 3 different companies to have after construction cleaning in a home I recently finished renovating. There was dust everywhere. Mark of Mop-Ups was the first and only to respond and I am so thankful he did. I needed to reschedule a couple times and Mark was very accommodating. He and his wife Christine arrived on time and armed with green cleaning products. My house sparkles and I could not be happier with their work.

We are new to the idea of a cleaning service so I really don't have any comparison. I also don't have any reason to look at any other company. The owners are responsive and care deeply about our satisfaction. The cleaning crew is professional, constantly moving, and are really nice. They are welcome in my home.

If I could rate with 100 stars I would! Had no experience with Mop-ups prior to this - I Googled, read reviews and decided to take a chance and I was not at all disappointed. I would 1000% recommend! Mark & the team were very professional, responsive, friendly & nice, didn't judge me b/c of my house (LOL), and I've already scheduled my next cleaning with them.
They did a fantastic job cleaning, kept in communication with me regarding their schedule that day so I knew exactly when to expect them, arrived and got immediately to work, and I don't think my house has been this clean the entire time I've lived here! THANK YOU!

Great people and great business! They were very responsive to my request and gave me upfront information when I requested it. They were thorough and I am truly happy with the outcome. Some very nice small final touches were noticed and really appreciated. They even offered advice and recommendations on some of my challenges. Great service and quality with fair pricing.
