Marcel Clarke at Colonial Commercial Cleaning is a total scam artist. My family and I own a small deck remodeling company in Annapolis, MD. He called asking for an estimate for repairing/refinishing the deck at a home he was purchasing near our office. He said that he needed the estimate to be as high as possible in order to help him make the sellers lower their price.
We promised to give him a professional, thorough and truthful estimate at a cost of $125. He agreed and asked for it to be done as soon as possible. We made the trip out, photographed, measured and sent him the estimate, same day. I was able to reach him by phone one time after it was sent. He said that his 'financial department should have sent the payment already' and that he would have them do so immediately. Since then, he has dodged all of our calls and not paid a penny. Marcel, if you'd like to make this right, feel free to call.

I am very satisfied with the company. Very reliable and Punctual. They make sure to provide the best performance ever and doesn't settle for any less. Possibly the worst cleaning company I have ever used for commercial cleaning. They cannot get their people to show up and clean per contract, or do simple tasks such as cleaning and moping the floor. May of their employees are temps, and they even had to subcontract our the work at one point to another company who also was incapable of cleaning properly.
Every day is a struggle and I constantly have to go back and clean up after them. Further, they verbally agreed to do work and then backed out on their agreement. No integrity. I strongly recommend to not use this company.
