I have used Ken on many occasions to clean my carpets. He is always punctual and professional. The carpets are always cleaned to my expectations. Use Ken if you want the best! Service: General carpet cleaning

Ken was very personable and seemed to be a great guy. However - after he had to pull 100ft of hose to get into my town house, I feel that he rushed through the cleaning process. At the end he said if you call me back it will cost more for having to pull that much hose out. Umm. a) if it was too much work for you, you should have said so b) requested additional money for having to pull out more hose, or c) simply say you could not complete the job. Instead you rushed through the cleaning process, which took you roughly 15 to 20 mins. And then he charged me more for spots that never came out. Very poor business.

Hennes does a great job. I ask them back every year. They even came out the next day when we had an emergency. Gave me some spot remover that actually worked!

Ken was very professional and on time. He did an amazing job at getting old stains out of my carpets that were from the previous owners. No idea how old the stains were, wish I could post before and after pictures. So happy with his service. This is my second time using him and from my first experience I knew I had to go with him again, man was it the best choice. Price and quality was great! Thanks again Ken your the best!

I have used Hennes cleaning services twice and Ken has done an AMAZING job each time! First experience was when I bought a new house and kept smelling urine when the weather warmed up last summer. The products and carpet cleaner I bought and used just did not work. So I contacted Ken. Ken came out took care of the situation and explained that the smell may not go completely away as it is highly likely it penetrated the wood floor beneath the carpet from the previous owners. However, after he cleaned it the smell was no longer!

I just wished I could have found him prior to spending hundreds of dollars on a carpet cleaner and products. Second experience with Ken was when my dog had a stomach issue that no matter how hard I scrubbed and what I used I could not get the stains out initially. Ken was available 2 days later and within 45 mins my carpet looked brand new! I would highly recommend Ken as he is honest, professional, and pricing is fantastic. I have had experiences with big name carpet cleaning companies that charge twice as much and none have done as great a job as Ken! Thank you Ken!

Amazing carpet cleaning! Ken provided great feedback on what was the likely case for our carpet cleaning and then did an even more amazing job than my wife and I could have hoped for by the time he was done (and quickly, too!). We're going to make certain that Ken is on our list of people to call for cleaning needs in the future.

Hired Ken before selling my place. Ken was honest with the quote, actually charged less than the est I initially sent him. Also.the realtors raved about how clean the carpet was. Place sold in four days. There were two super nasty wheel caster stains (from office chairs) that he got out. Top notch.
