On-time, nice guys, great work. Carpets are lighter colored, and they gave us a realistic idea ahead of time how clean light carpets can actually get - they didn't over promise, which i think was very professional of them. We purchased a three-room deal, and they were nice enough to count a 1.5 story staircase as a "room" for purposes of the deal. Some places charge extra for stairs and won't let you do stairs as part of a package deal. Will surely use them again in the future. Nice work!
