Erica founded Crystal Clear Home in 2007. She wanted to start a business that would somehow help others. Since she grew up cleaning at her parent's motel in Niagara Falls, NY and since her natural tendency is toward living green, it was the perfect fit to start an eco-friendly cleaning company.

Office Manager

Ann is originally from Wisconsin. She has been married 17 years and has three kids and a cute dog. She loves throwing parties and fundraisers. She recently took a cruise to Alaska and someday hopes to travel to France. She enjoys her role as an office manager and interacting with clients.

Donna

Office Assistant

Donna is originally from New York. She's an avid gardener and loves the outdoors. She loves animals and has been vegan for 35 years. She has done a lot of world traveling, including Costa Rica, Italy and Greece. She loves her job at Crystal Clear as an office assistant because there's lots of variety and she gets to interact with our customers. She also loves working here because the values of our company are also the values she holds for herself.

Overcharged for service and charged us way over what was quoted or expected. They had our credit card on file so they just charged what they wanted and not what was agreed upon. Quality of service was not great (didn't even take compost out). We specifically asked for no more than one girl (it's a small house and we wanted time for a load of laundry) and they sent three and then overcharged.

The house is very small and does not need three girls so my guess is we paid for someone to stand around while they finished laundry. Their explanation for the overcharge was folding a small load of laundry and doing dishes (there is one person living there and we only own a set of 4 dishes and there is a dishwasher if it was more than that).

The service this company provides is fast, friendly, and fragrance-free. I have severe chemical sensitivity and this company uses only vinegar water to do all of their cleaning for me. They have other non-toxic products available as well if one wishes, but this is what works best for me. I have been very happy with their work. Highly recommended!
