We really needed a home cleaning and organizing service. I tried them out and was very happy we other the results. The cleaning was great as always. The maids were on time and very thorough and a super friendly a ndbfilled with enthusiasm and ready to work.! Even the dishwasher was emptied and everything was put away in its proper place. I would definitely refer anyone looking for an offordable hard working company.

EXCELLENT.! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.! Yes, I've read some of these negative reviews and I'm not sure what they are talking about because this was NOT my experience at ALL.! I had an alcoholic roommate leave suddenly who left me with a bedroom that smelled like the dumpster behind a liquor store. I had one of Yolanda's cards left in my mailbox, so I called. (I'm in Silverlake) I spoke to Brian on the phone & he quoted me $59 per hour per person, which is about right for our neighborhood. (You CAN find slightly cheaper and a lot of services are WAY higher.) BUT: Brian scheduled me for the very next day and they showed up promptly with two bilingual young ladies.

They tore into the room & my bathroom and really did a deep cleaning of EVERYTHING.! They used this scented cleaner for the floor and walls & it COMPLETELY changed the atmosphere of that bedroom. And my bathroom is now immaculate.! And Veronica took the time to organize the kitchenette in the room that was a mess.they even moved some of the furniture around for me. (I'm retired & disabled.) Took them a couple of hours but that room needed a DEEP cleaning, so no regrets on the cost. (Have to get the room ready for my next tenant.) So if you are in the Silverlake / Los Feliz / Echo Park area & you are OK with the rate, you will DEFINITELY get your money's worth.!

Great service very professional and knowledgeable in their field. My stainless steel and floors are immaculate. Will definitely be using them again.

Yolanda's Maid and Carpet Cleaning is great, I've had her as my cleaner for about 3 years and she and her husband have been very reliable and flexible and do a great job. Easy to recommend.

I needed a deep cleaning my parents were coming to visit me and my mom was the most pickiest person you will ever meet. She suffers from OCD. So if she finds even a spot I will never hear the end of it. So after researching companies recommendation Yolandas Maid came on top. They preformed such a great job cleaning my refrigerator and stove, bathroom, and shampoo my carpet. My Mom couldn't be any happier. Such a good company and great customer service.

In addition to getting my place home cleaned I also I needed to get my furniture cleaned on very short notice, and after I called a few places, Brian was one of the few people who replied instantly to my call. I liked him from the get-go, and he was very accommodating towards my restrictive schedule, going out of his way in making sure that the appointment could be most convenient for me.

When he arrived, he and his assistant was very quick and efficient in cleaning my couch and two armchairs. Once they was done, my furniture looked like i had just purchased it. My couch was made from a very delicate material but they knew what they were doing. Thank you so much for the amazing service, and I will recommend you highly to my friends and family.

I needed help with my brothers place who suffers from varies metal disorders. His apartment was in disarray and had received a three day notice to clean the unit or vacate it. I had a few cleaning services look at the unit but felt that couldn't handle the monumental task of getting the place clean within three days of inspection since their bids were pretty low but the rep from Yolandas was transparent and upfront about the higher cost of cleaning.

The bathtub and kitchen sink was used as a toilet and the toilet as a tub and odor unbearable which cause other tenants to complain to management. Yea i know GROSS. nobody lives like that but anyways this was the situation i was facing with his unit. I wasn't expecting a miracle but three team crew left the place virtuality spotless. They able to remove all the feces from the tube and sink and the whole apartment was disinfected top to bottom and that terrible odor was completely nuetralized. They handle them professionally you can tell they love their job and are very hard workers. My respect goes out to the team who had to deal with cleaning a very dirty home.

A sudden death in the family left us with a cleaning challenge. The apartment's tenant had been ill and it was very dirty. Brian at Yolanda's responded promptly and did the job the next day. This entailed not just deep cleaning, but also carpet cleaning. We are pleased that they did a thorough job, and so was the apartment manager. I would go to them first for any such difficult project.

I am in real estate and just used Yolandas house and carpet cleaning for a second home that we are bringing on the market. They have amazing attention to detail and do a phenomenal job! Thank you!

Great Cleaning Service. I have regularly used Yolandas Maid and Maintenance for my office and just had them deep clean my house. Keep in mind my home was recently renovated so a lot of left over dust and residue. This home looks amazing now! I could eat off of the floor and not even be grossed out. They wiped every single cabinet, handle, baseboard, console, table I can go on and on.

It's nice to have it all taken care of and not need to micro manage it. I recommend to do a deep clean first then have them maintain from there. You will be shocked how much they clean on a deep clean.

The dazzling duo that clean my condo do an INCREDIBLE job. The first clean they do is always a deep clean and my goodness was it fantastic! I hadn't had a deep clean done in years. They got into every nook and cranny and the place was spotless. They clean my microwave, my fridge, my trash can even. And there are a bunch of add-on services you can choose from too like laundry or dishes for the same hourly rate and almost forgot they also shampoo my area rugs and removed that nasty pet odor as part of their service very few companies do that. and I like the fact that they put everything back where it was and not randomly put them where I can't find them. Great people great company.

Renovations were being done to my condo and boy it WAS A MESS the contractor did a poor job covering thing up and construction dust was everywhere. I attempted to clean myself but it would of taken me days. So in my desperation I reached out to yolandas and were able to accommodate my schedule. There was dust all over my furniture kitchen and bathroom but Veranica and her team quickly tackled that monster.

They did such a thorough job I was impressed at their efficiency and teamwork they demonstrated. I was finally able to spend a night without breathing all that construction dust. Good customer service is very important to me very polite and professional and ready to answer any concerns and questions. Thank you

I visit my brother in Los Angeles and he promise that his apartment was clean and tidy when i arrive. However, as soon as i arrive i was so disappointed so as a birthday present for him I hired Yolandas Maid to do a deep cleaning and where able to come the following day. The kitchen and bathrooms were a disaster and after several hours and an arm and a leg i finally came to a fresh clean-smelling home!

I just love how his cloths got nicely arranged in the drawers and closets. The staff is very professional and are very receptive of comments or suggestions. I just hope my brother appreciates the cost and effort i put in getting his place clean.

These guys know how to handle business. They come prepare to handle any situation. They clean my home thoroughly and steam clean my couch and removed that nasty urine odor that my lovely pet chiuawa temporarly make her bathroom. Very professional and nice customer service and work hard to leave you satisfied.

After the initial deep cleaning of my bathrooms kitchen and rooms, and a big "plus" for me is that they professionally steam clean my carpets and rugs at the same time they are cleaning. Having two kids and a full-time job, I rarely get the chance to clean anything. And my kids are just being kids and leave a mess where ever they tread on. Therefore, I regularly use the maid cleaning service, and I have to say that I LOVE it.

They are always on time, they work efficiently, and they never touch any of our personal belongings. I can even give them a key to come and clean when we're not at home. The team are very friendly and even cleaned window sills and the edges/corners of rooms that prior cleaning services have consistently missed.

They sent out Martha and Candy to clean my place. 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. I had them come for 3 hours to clean and all I can say is "wow". I was almost blinded how clean the bath tub was ( I thought it was a lost cause but it came out shiny:)! Walking into my home just feels brand new! Definitely plan on repeating the service! Amazing work, super clean and efficient. Will request same workers again!;) Thank you
