I can still remember our first two phone calls when we opened for business in 2001. The town home in Boca was less than 1600 square feet and the mirror cleaning was in a condo in Pompano. Since then, we've really tried to take the "never forget where you come from" approach when speaking to each and every customer. I've always thought if we could do a really nice job for someone then they would tell others and our business would grow!Just the other day we were in one of my favorite developments. While in the backyard cleaning the windows of the house we were at, I heard my name being yelled out from the golf course over and over. Then I realized it was one of our long time customers Ed who lives just a couple streets over from the house where we were working. Ed was golfing with some buddies that day and noticed me in the backyard next to the fairway he was hitting from. So he yelled out to say hi and that he received our reminder card in the mail and would be calling us in a couple weeks.
Later that afternoon when I got home my phone rang and it was a gentleman named Joe. Joe happened to be golfing in Ed's foursome earlier at the course and lives a couple houses down from where we were working. He got my number from Ed and called us wanting to clean his windows as well. It was a great feeling that day after Joe called, to know that Ed has been so happy with our services year after year, that he is still willing to refer us to his friends seven years later on the golf course! It's our goal each and everyday to create a brand new satisfied customer like Ed that can tell their friends or family about the positive experience they've had with us.

WOW, my windows have never been so clean. I have 2 dogs so there were many "nose prints" on the sliding glass doors. Everything is so clean. It looks like there are no windows or sliding doors as the view is amazing! I chose Eric due to the excellent reviews and I am glad I did. I will now be a regular customer. Eric was great to deal with - He squeezed me in despite his full schedule and being short of help. He was right on time and did a stellar job in spite of an unexpected rain storm (which did not phase him at all). My windows are sparkling and my screens are spotless. He also did not attempt to up charge me for scraping, special products, etc. as many companies in this area attempt to do. Eric is a great guy - Highly recommend!

I have been using Eric's Window Cleaning for over 3 years. He does a fantastic job on my interior & exterior windows. He always has a smile when he arrives & gets the job done fast & superbly. He comes to my home every 2 months. I am extremely happy with him & his workers. Plus, they are very clean. Eric's is the best & I am a picky woman! I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend Eric and his crew! He has been cleaning our windows twice a year for two years now, and he always does an outstanding job. He schedules and communicates via text message, which I certainly appreciate, and I never have to wait too long to get on his schedule. Eric and his team do amazing work. You don't think your windows are that dirty until they clean the first one and you compare them. When they were done it seriously looked as if all the windows had been removed they were that clear! We all know how hard it is to find reliable professionals in South Florida but the team at Erics Window Cleaning are reliable and do great work.

We know Eric Gusich for over 15 years when he cleaned the windows at our first home. Since then, we have always called Eric to clean our windows, inside and outside, power wash the pool deck, the lanai, the screen, the retaining wall, the driveway and the outside walls. He always calls back in a timely fashion, he is always on time for the job, he has a good disposition, he is very professional and does an impeccable job.
We highly recommend Eric for your window washing and power washing needs. You will get reliability, excellence and great attitude for a fair price, which are not always the case in South Florida.

Eric's window cleaning is wonderful at what they do. I have used Eric's to clean my windows inside and out including some nearly 30 feet in the air. They always show up on time and do an incredible job. I have used them for years and will absolutely continue to use them in the future. If you need window cleaning this is the company to call!
