Finally found a good and reliable company! Very easy to book a cleaner. The customer service is professional, friendly and helpful. Cleaner was on time and did a good job. I used this company long time ago and it was disastrous (I never wrote any reviews and today just by coincidence it popped up and I thought I should have shared my experience as a warning for others). You really need to read terms and conditions carefully. it took money out of my credit card automatically before each month starts. After a short while I wasn't happy with the cleaning, I decided to stop the contract.

But the payment for the next month was already done. I never got refund as per terms and condition they don't refund! Also no service was provided too! On their website they claim if you miss a cleaning they can catch up! Really? I missed one in the previous month and it was never caught up! I have a big house of 7.5 room so in the end I just lost over 600 francs because I wasn't careful enough. SERIOUSLY?!

If you use a company providing service you need to be CAREFUL? so if you want to use this company, please be really CAREFULLY! The numerous discussions with Chris ended nowhere btw just for your information.
