Spots Carpet Care is great! Our dog tore up a section of our carpet and I called several companies to get quotes. They all quoted so much more to repair this patch than Spots Carpet Care did. I was admittedly nervous as to how their quality of work would be being the lowest priced. They came out, ON TIME (which seems rare nowadays), were professional, and got the job done.
Of course, it is a bit obvious that we had a patch done but I'm sure that's inevitable. It looks pretty good overall! We are pleased with this company and definitely recommend them.

I spoke with Leslie to set up a carpet cleaning. Nathan came out, and within a few hours, our carpets looked almost new again. He found the spots where a friend's dog had urinated on our carpet (over 40 times!) and removed most of the urine smell. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain that the carpet cleaning solution isn't harmful to my children. They aren't the cheapest I'm town, but you get what you pay for in carpet cleaning. I will definitely have them back again!

Wanted to take a minute to commend spots on their EXCEPTIONAL customer service. After a not so great experience with another company in town left my carpets in my rental unit unfit for upcoming guests, Leslie at Spots made time in their schedule to fit us in before our deadline. They took their time, noticed spots the other company never saw, did an EXCEPTIONAL job, not to mention they guarantee their work & your satisfaction.

I've been using Spots Carpet Care for over 20 years and have always appreciated the job they do. Today I had them clean the travertine tiles in all three bathrooms and laundry room. In addition I had them clean the upstairs carpeting as well. I was very pleased with the results. The floors and master shower were cleaned and sealed and master bathroom counters were sanded, cleaned and sealed. The counter tops had etching from chemicals, so I was skeptical about how they would look, but they look brand new.

Spots was completely professional. They quickly returned calls, were easy to schedule with and showed up on time. Once here, the technician Chase was extremely courteous and professional. Did a great job getting cat urine out of our carpet that I thought I was going to have to have replaced. I'd definitely recommend using them. Hands down the best carpet cleaning I have ever had! We have been cleaning our carpet annually for years and the high traffic areas always still had darker coloring and not as thick. For the first time ever our high traffic areas of carpet look as clean as the rest of the carpet and brought back to life! We are amazed! Not only that but ALL spots are gone and the carpet is cleaned right up to the baseboards.
The two employees that did our carpet (Jimmy and Chase) were on time, informative and worked very hard to complete an EXCELLENT job. Fantastic customer service. I will recommend them to everyone! Thank you so much!

Two guys showed up right on time. Both were extremely pleasant and professional. They wore their masks the whole time (as did I). Impressively, they got out some rust stains in the carpet that I didn't even expect to come out. Very impressive! They even left the carpet pristine by carefully working their way out without walking on it after they did each section. I really didn't want to walk on it after they left because it looked so perfect.

Nathan and Phil did an excellent job -- on time and very professional. Besides cleaning and sealing our tile floor they also cleaned and stretched our carpet. The work was very good and the staff was very kind and professional. The prices were a bit more than I had hoped, but the carpet and couch REALLY needed cleaning, so I sucked it up and paid their prices. They got all of the stains out by pre-treating everything. They used a protectant (which was part of the higher cost), so hopefully we won't need the carpets cleaned as often.

WOW, WOW, WOW, WOW! I was seriously going to have my carpets replaced later this year or early next year but decided to have them cleaned in the meantime because they were so yucky. OMG, let me just say I wont be replacing carpets any time soon. They look brand new, not even exaggerating! The carpet even feels different, fluffier, softer. My husband and I were blown away by the results, absolutely incredible!
On top of all that awesome, Nate, the owner is one of the most honest people I've met. I will be FOR SURE get on an annual routine with spots and will definitely be recommending them. Oh and how could I forget about Lesley, front office, who is BTW.AWESOME also! Absolute BEST customer service, best quality around. I wish more business mirrored this company and their work ethic. I am extremely happy with the customer service and communication of this company. Speaking with Lesley over the phone when I scheduled was easy, she is very knowledgeable and helped answer all my questions. I was dealing with some specialty stains for a commercial building carpet cleaning. I was not able to be present myself when the technician Glen arrived which is why the communication was so important to me.
I was able to speak with Glen over the phone when he arrived he was very helpful and even took some after pictures of the carpet cleaning when he was done for me. Spots Carpet Care took care of everything I needed! I highly recommend them! Thank You!

Couldn't be happier! My dog locked herself, twice into two different rooms, and destroyed the carpet trying to get out. I called spots carpet care and Leslie was very nice, great customer service. I was able to text her pics of the damage and she gave me a quote soon after. Nathan showed up to fix the carpet and he was very great! He was really kind to my two year old daughter and let her watch him while he worked. He did a fantastic job! I will definitely be calling them to clean my carpets and if there is but hopefully not any future damages.
