This company needs to give their employees bonuses as well as increased pay especially for the dedicated reliable hard working employees. Pay start out should be based on experience, new hires are making more am hour than those long timers and some employees who have years of experience are making less than those who have little to no cleaning experience. Leads are making less than non leads.
This company did not give COVID pay or any increase to employees who worked through it all and continue to work through it. They should also offer increases or bonuses to employees who now have been forced to be vaccinated in order to remain employed with QAC. Sure the company gives you a free company shirt and a paper certificate for when an employee gets employee of the month but for the work we do in the strict small amount of nightly time allowed is a slap in the face.
The company/cooperate (not just managers and assistant managers) needs to get more involved with employees. QAC offer your employees more and show the ones who are deserving more appreciation and acknowledgement. Main point is the pay is poor, appreciation from company is poor. Less pay makes hard workers feel like they aren't valued for their hard work.
