Tonya's Touch

I have used Tonya's Touch to wash all of the windows, screens and sky lights. They were excellent and I would recommend them to anybody. They were on time and they did excellent work. The people were very professional.

They did a good job and with the coupon, they are about 1/2 the price of Merry Maids They were professional, nice, and did a thorough job. They finished everything in one hour.

I've been having back trouble, and some difficulty keeping up with the house work. They fit me into the schedule quickly after I emailed to set up an appointment. The crew was right on time. I do not recommend this cleaner. I had a brand new gas stove that I loved, it had residue from cooking purple rice on it which I have easily removed with water, a microfiber cloth, and a mild all purpose cleaner myself. I asked them to clean it never thinking they would need to use something harsh that might damage it. I believe they used a copper scour pad and scratched my brand new stove top.

The maintenance of my items in great condition is the most important to me, even if that means I have to deal with a little dust or residue until I get time to clean it correctly. I am very dismayed that untrained people could damage items unnecessarily.

I have used Tanya for 3 years now with 2 boys at IU. she is trustworthy hardworking and does a great job! i've relied on her several times when we were in a bind. every time i could count on her reworked her schedule to accommodate us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I do not recommend Tonya's Touch for cleaning, though I cannot compare them to any other cleaning crew in Bloomington. The communication from Tonya was great and the crew was professional, however the work wasn't as detailed as I was expecting. I scheduled them for cleaning the inside of my house and my windows. I made specific requests for what I would like cleaned via email which appeared not to have been communicated to the team performing the cleaning. Amongst the items that I hadn't requested, the crew did dishes and dressed the bed, which might have been nice had I asked for it, but the bathroom I wanted cleaned was still dusty and grimy from previous construction work.

They had three men come over for two hours, though only two worked the entire time. The third may not have worked for ten or fifteen minutes. However, the original invoice had seven hours listed and was changed back to six after I asked for that correction. Tonya was quick to do that so I have no complaints other than having had to correct it in the first place.

When the crew returned many days later to clean the windows, the truck they drove up in left oil stains in the driveway. My windows were cleaner though not as clean as I had hoped. Tonya did offer to send a crew back to touch it up and clean the spot on the driveway, but I declined.

I contacted Tonya's Touch after my roommate moved out, leaving the place a mess. They were fast to respond and could come to clean less than 48 hours later. When Tonya's staff arrived (Myra & Bryan) they were very professional. They had no problem with my pets, which means a lot to me! I had to run some errands and took the dogs with me. When I got back home the place was beautiful to say the least! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a good clean at an affordable price. I was not disappointed and will be using them again.

If you only read the two sentences of this review: Choose Tonya's Touch! She and her crew are FANTASTIC. kind, flexible, thorough, communicative, responsive, and they show up on time, every time. My husband and I live in the Washington DC area---650 miles from Bloomington. where we own a single family rental house. The tenants moved out. Not only did the tenants leave the home a filthy mess, but they left an unholy amount of trash.

Twelve truckloads full of trash. Our property manager's cleaning crew were swamped with college kids moving in, and could not schedule to clean. I was referred to contact Tonya's Touch. She replied incredibly fast and was available the next working day: Monday. She shared with me numerous before and after photos, which detailed the transformation from grime to sparkling clean!

What a relief! I was overjoyed with their work! For those who say "something was left unclean, " please understand and respect that professional cleaning takes time. Sometimes cleaning requires more time than expected. Be prepared to be flexible. I was more than happy to pay for the TWO full days her team spent working on the house. I would hire her again in a heartbeat. Thank you for your stiller customer service and kindness, Tonya. You are a gem.

Tonya's Touch cleaned my apartment for my move-out. The landlord said he'd never seen the apartment cleaner upon a move-out. Tonya's Touch responded super quickly to my last-minute request and they went above and beyond in their thoughtfulness with everything. It was easy to pay too, just getting emailed the bill. I'm so grateful for my experience with them.

I needed help with a deep clean for my moms house. She hasn't been able to clean because of her health. It didn't take long for the house to get out of hand. Tonya sent 2 of the sweetest workers and they were so polite. They jumped right in to help my sister and I clean the house. I was worried that they might not want to stay because of the condition of the house but they worked really hard! We couldn't have gotten it done without them. Thank you Tonya for such a wonderful crew!

WOW! Worth every single penny. I called based on reviews alone to get a deep cleaning done on my new (to me) house before I started moving in. The crew that came out did not disappoint! In addition to the "normal" cleaning, I had them handle the interior of the kitchen cabinets and the stove that came with the house. They did SUCH a good job. I was astonished when I came back after they were finished. It made such a big difference even on a very old house! The crew was very professional and polite, as well. Highly recommend their services!

We were opening our vacation home and I filled out a form online; Tonya got back to me right away and she was super easy to deal with. The two guys that came to clean were awesome! They even cleaned all the patio slider tracks and above door frames. I'd have these guys back in a heartbeat!

I have used them for a couple of years to clean my home. They are trustworthy, efficient and do a wonderful job!

Called 30 minutes after my scheduled cleaning time. They had forgotten to put me on the calendar. They said they would still send someone out but that it would be an hour before they could come. It was 2.5 hours after my scheduled time when they showed up. I had to leave before they were finished and was quite disappointed when I got home. Of the windows that were cleaned they were cleaned well.

The window above our kitchen sink was totally forgotten. I reminded them to clean the cabinets in the bathrooms twice and only one of the bathroom cabinets was cleaned. I also specifically asked for dusting, I told them that was my priority. The lady took a single duster through the whole house kicking up dust throughout, never using a drop of spray, never moving anything from the shelves.

When I asked her about using spray her team leader said Tonya's doesn't use dusting spray. I asked them to use some of mine. They did but still missed several areas including the picture frames I specifically asked for. I get that they were in a hurry because they were late but I would have rather them not come at all.

They did our VERY HIGH great room windows and ceiling fans. We're rather particular and are extremely pleased with their work, know-how and friendly service. We will call them again!

I hired them to clean all my windows, screens, and sills before an open house, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Two gentlemen took care of the job, and they were friendly, fast, and efficient. My windows have never looked better, and the cost was quite reasonable. Highly recommend.

I used Tonya's touch to clean a house we had just bought. We had two cleaners for three hours. I asked the kitchen and bathrooms (2.5) to be cleaned first and then we'd go from there. They never made it past those rooms. They didn't get any of it done and the things they supposedly did were still dirty after checking once they'd left.

One woman would stop cleaning and talk to a family member the entire time and every time I checked on the one cleaning the bathrooms, she was on her phone or outside. Terrible service!
