I am updating this review as the owner reached out to me. I had no idea what kind of mess Brian and his team walked into. I just observed from what I walked into. Him and his team spent 12 hours cleaning this home. I did not realize it was that much of a disaster. After talking to him, my respect for him and his business grew. I wish him the best with the future of his business. Thanks for reaching out Brian, I apologize that I didn't reach out to you yourself at the beginning!

My Grandmother hired this company to come in and do a deep cleaning. She was promised a deep cleaning and was not given that at all. She paid a lot of money for a not professional job. She had to call them back because they didn't even touch two of the rooms in the house. When the girls came back they were rude. We will for sure not ever use this company again and would not recommend anyone else use it if you are wanting a professional deep cleaning.

We hired Maid for You, and we were SO pleased with how quickly they replied to us, and how quickly they were able to fulfill our special request, which was no issue to them at all! Their communication was clear and consistent, and the maids cleaned everything what we asked for with great detail. Would greatly recommend them to anyone over and over again!

Ok, not sure what happened to the previous yelper, but I had a very good experience with this company today. I had another company come clean my house in March, and I had to make them come back as they didn't clean cobwebs from the curtains. Anyways, a friend recommended this company so I gave them a call. The owner, Mary, came to my home to give me quote.
She is the only reason I'm giving a 4 star instead of a 5 star. She kinda made me feel like she was judging me - maybe it was my rambunctious boxer who I had to crate, but she didn't come across as very understanding. However, the 2 gals who came to my home today were wonderful. They came early (surprise! Thank goodness my husband was home, because I still had to work).
They cleaned my house top to bottom, got the cobwebs, and made sure my cat didn't get out. I'll have them come back to help us do a cleaning before we sell the house.

I WOULD NOT recommend Maid For You Cleaning Svc. Let's start from the beginning leaving out opinion. Facts only: I was told, "We charge $33/hour and we will send two girls." I thought that was too good to be true so I clarified, "So if they are here for eight hours then I will pay around $260?" The person on the other line said, "Yes." Well, that sure was misleading bc when they were done they charged us $33/hr for EACH girl, in other words it was really $66/hour.
They arrived late but billed as though they were on time. Also they added a few minutes on to the end. Apparently they round both the clock both "up" and "down" as is convenient. If you're paying over $1/minute, adding a few extra minutes (in our case about 20) adds up! Their cleaning service was mediocre at best. They don't do ovens, they don't do travertine.
I asked them to wipe front door-- door still dirty; told to wipe the tv cabinets.they didn't; didn't seem to know how to clean aluminum. Fridge still smudged. We did a final walk through and they billed us $16.50 to re-wipe the counter on which they had left food-spill spots. The maids were slow. Possibly because they were being paid by the hour.
The home was already clean. We just wanted a final run-through before moving in. The work they did I could EASILY have done by myself in two or three hours max. Customer Service: The Customer is always Wrong! I called and spoke with the owner. I told her the above. She argued with me, accepted ZERO responsibility for the double-billing, time manipulation, poor work quality.
She did offer to come out to see the work, but at that point we'd been arguing with no headway for 30 minutes, and it was our first day in the home. We did not want any more negativity brought in the doors as it was unlikely to make any difference anyway. I told her, "Look, I don't care about the money. I make enough. I care about integrity.
You have the facts. I expect some sort of refund. You do what you feel right." She said she would evaluate the situation and "write [me] a check for an appropriate amount." That amount turned out to be NOTHING. I got a thank you letter in the mail the next week with no check and a recommendation to use another service next time. The card was on nice stationary though.
