I am extremely disappointed with the service from this company. My upstairs neighbor accidentally flooded my apartment when Lowes installed her washing machine. Apex was here in an hour so I thought it would be taken care of quickly. Their "master technician" brought in filthy equipment that he even said was rarely cleaned. At first, he told me the standing water would just dissipate from under my washer and dryer.
I said that wasn't satisfactory and could he gets that water up. He dented the too of my brand new dryer and denied it. 2 weeks later the humidity in my apt was over 80% and I finally realized he'd broke the vent hose off my dryer and everything was blowing inside. I sent photos to the owner and asked him to at least send someone to hook the dryer back up.
He was extremely rude and said his guy did not break it. Bob also stated that it didn't matter that their equipment was filthy. I have a child with extreme mold allergies. It makes a huge difference if equipment was just in a moldy crawlspace from the floods this year and then used in a healthy environment. Cross contamination is easily done with dirty fans and dehumidifiers. These should be cleaned between homes.

I hired Apex to clean my rug and white couch. The couch is less than two years old and in great shape.just a little soiled and I honestly didn't want to take the time to clean it myself since I was in the middle of moving. After Apex cleaned my couch, it was striped from the cleaning device and looked spotty. In addition, the fabric had been pulled and had wrinkles in it.
I called Apex to provide my feedback and ask for a refund (couch was $90 and rug was roughly $200. The rug looked great and I let them know I was pleased with that service and wasn't asking for a refund for that). The owner flat out refused to give me any refund for the couch and I questioned the lack of customer service/unwillingness to make the situation right.
He offered to send someone out to clean it again, but why would I want to risk further damage to my couch? I asked him to come out and see for himself if he was happy with the service they provided and he told me he was handicapped and could not do that. I guess he doesn't leave the office? I reiterated that it would only cost him $90 to fix the situation; he refused again and hung up on me. I am still shocked at the lack of customer service.especially from a local business. I will never do business with them again.
