We recently had our den carpet and kitchen tile cleaned by Vincent from Elite. He arrived on time and promptly and thoroughly completed the work. We discussed a problem area on the carpet (pet stains) which had been cleaned in the past but not removed. After he completed the work (the kitchen tile looked like new!) he said the "problem area" stain could wick out (although at that point seemed to have disappeared) but since we had a 30-day guarantee he would be happy to return, if needed, and repeat the cleaning.
True to his word after I called Elite a couple of weeks later he did return and re-do the cleaning of the problem area. Eventually, the stain may return and we may have to replace the carpet but Vincent's efforts brought about a vast improvement.

Hired Elite Services to clean carpet and tile in living room, master bedroom and kitchen. Carpet didn't appear any cleaner than before the service. Workers sprayed tile cleaner on cabinets and stainless steel dishwasher resulting in rust that we haven't been able to remove. They were in and out in less than two hours and provided zero value. Would not recommend Elite.

I hired Elite Services to clean the carpet of a vacant house we're about to put on the market. Admittedly, the carpet was really dirty, especially in the traffic pattern. They were on time and seemed to be very professional but when they finished, they called with no discussion so we assumed all had gone well. When we inspected it, the traffic pattern was still dirty and several spots were very apparent.
If it weren't possible to clean up better, I would have appreciated their discussing it with us or even offer an up charge for additional spot cleaning. I've cleaned the objectional places myself with a diy cleaner and while not perfect, it's improved. Also, neither man wore mask eventho my husband and I did, the older gentleman explaining that he had had covid so he was immune. We haven't and are trying to avoid it!

Elite cleaned the carpets in our master suite, and I am so very pleased! They were great to speak with, arrived promptly as scheduled, and did an excellent and efficient job. Our carpets were in pretty bad shape, and they brought them back to like-new! A wonderful experience all around! It is sad that this quality of company is so rare these days!

The owner, David Nixon, came over and brought "The Mother of all Carpet Cleaning Machines" that he apparently uses on his commercial jobs and sucked the life out of my dirty carpet once again and made it shine. In addition, his entire family are the same way. It's a family owned, all certified, well trained organization. I am very glad to know them all. I appreciate the entire team. David Nixon and his crew are the best in the business. There professionalism and attention to detail put them head and shoulders above the rest.
