Dear Andy, Thank you so much for the prompt attention you gave my seller on 2410 Spruce. We've used other restoration companies in the past and your professionalism far exceeded services we've had in the past. If our company ever needs the services of a restoration specialist we'll be calling you! Thanks again.

Quality professional service with a substantial knowledge base. The team at Billings Carpet Cleaning understand the needs of the market and is able to appropriately assess restoration based on the age and occupants of the home. I cannot stress enough how knowledgeable and helpful this team is. I had a sewer back up worked on by this excellent team. Strong recommend.

Billings best kept secret! Andy and his team do a fantastic job! They are responsive, kind and thorough. Nobody wants to find water in their basement but when we discovered it on a Friday morning, Andy was at our house, inspecting the situation and guiding us by mid-day that same day. He was professional and knowledgeable. His colleague Joe also came to our house and was just as professional and kind.
I can't say enough good things about these guys. If you find yourself needing carpet restoration and/or repair from water, pets, or general wear and tear, I suggest you give them a call. They not only helped us get the carpet dried out, but they inspected closely for any mold (thank goodness we didn't find much). Prices were reasonable and the service was quick.

I would say 2.5 stars, but couldn't get myself to give 3 stars. I am happy with their initial prompt contact, ease of scheduling and communication. The price was lower than I was expecting which made me happy, the easy areas to clean were spotless and I was very happy with that as well. Until I saw the harder to reach places, like inside closets, or within 1-2 inches from the walls.
There were some rust stains upstairs in a closet that while talking with them, at the beginning of the process, was told: "rust stains are fairly easy to clean up". Upon returning to the property, I found a note on my invoice saying "the rust stains couldn't be removed and various things were tried". BUT the spots were unchanged, and still -indented-.
In my limited experience, water or cleaning of any kind typically at least slightly raises carpet indentations, and since I had to clean those stains myself with vinegar, lemon juice, and solution, and it did raise after my first washing, I am left with the impression that it was never even touched. This makes me think, were any of my closets cleaned?
There were 4 stains near the downstairs wooden wall, within 1-2" of the wall that I also had to clean myself, and since they came up with a little Walmart carpet cleaner in one pass, I am left to assume the edge of the carpet near the wall -again- was not touched. was it just that area? or was any of the edges cleaned? These are the doubts you do not want to have.
Overall I feel like I got what I paid for, since it was quite cheap. The thing that frustrates me is the fact the technician wrote on the invoice about the stains "he couldn't get up" - which again, I doubt he even tried per my previous explanation. This was the invoice I needed to give to my landlords, and since I was able to remove the stains myself after an hour or two and a cheap Walmart cleaner, I didn't want to give my landlord that invoice and requested another.
The person I spoke to on the phone apparently couldn't send it herself, and instead entered a note about my request? maybe they use a call service? or like an off site call center? It's been over 4 hours and I still do not have a new invoice, which seems a little ridiculous to me, I thought the invoice would be available online or in our text communications, but it is not, only my receipt for payment.
I needed that invoice today, and now it's late in the day and I doubt I will get it in time. I may use their service again in the future, but If I do, I will have to remember I will need to do the difficult parts myself.

I will NEVER use this company again or recommend them to anyone. They were totally deceptive with me. I am a first time home owner and this was my first time with a water situation. It was Saturday night just before Christmas (2018) and I was doing laundry. I started a load of laundry and went to my living room to watch a movie (approx 2 hrs long). when I went to change my laundry over to the dryer I found my washing machine had not stopped filling and had flooded my master bedroom closet, bathroom and part of the bedroom.
I turned off the water and took all the towel I had available (approx 4 large bath sheet towels) and began soaking up the water. I called my sister, who has had flooding in her basement, to get the name of who to call. I called the business she gave me and left a message. I returned to soaking up the water approximately 15-20 minutes later I was called back and that business owner gave me the name of this company stating that he did not have a crew available and felt this company was trust worthy.
I called and approx 45 minutes later they had a crew to my house. I, being new to all this, was pleased and relieved. I had already removed all the small furniture from the bedroom (only had three big pieces left in the room) in preparation and continued to soak up the water. The 2 men got busy and were pleasant. One man was new and he started setting up equipment as the other went over paperwork, signatures, and a $500 dollar up front payment.
I asked what this sort of thing costs roughly indicating I was hoping not to turn it into insurance but had never dealt with this before. He pleasantly but with out commitment stated around $1500 to $2500 dollars depending on if it had gotten into the walls. The 2 men were at my house from 11:00 pm until 1:00 am and a third man came about half way through that 3 hr time.
I continued to help, bagging up baseboard moving furniture with one of the men. They stated that with my house being on cement slap and not wood sub-flooring would cut drying and I commented that this was a good excuse for me to rip up the carpet and change the flooring. They offered to take the carpet out for me and I accepted and helped with its removal.
They said they would be back on Monday to check on the walls and the only one they were concerned with was the was the wall between the Bathroom and closet as that is the shared plumbing wall between the 2 rooms with the most water damage the water had not even reached the outer wall of the bedroom (the 3 rooms total 300 square feet). One man came Monday and checked the moisture level in the walls and stated that they were mostly dry but felt the main 2 walls needed a day more and would be back to recheck and remove the fans and dehumidifier on Wednesday (Tues was Christmas).
No one came on Wednesday. I had made arrangements for someone to be at my house. I worked Wed-Fri (LPN) and am unable to answer my phone I shut off the 7 fans (2 specialty fans) and dehumidifier when I came home Wednesday. One man came and picked up all the equipment on Thursday and apologized for forgetting to come on Wednesday. I just got my bill today 1/24/2019 $4,164.
I called my sister to see what she had paid for her basement which is a little over 500 square feet on concrete $2,000. and the water sat for longer than 3 hours on her floor.

So imagine that your refrigerator has just flooded your floor by having a leaky line to the drinking water receptacle. This is exactly what happened to me. it had been leaking for several days and I called Andy of Billings Carpet Cleaning and Water Restoration. This was after hours! He came over and tested the area for water damage and quickly brought in all the equipment needed to suck the water out of the floor and dry it.
I can't believe it. I still have my floor and I am not out thousands as I had thought would happen. Billings Carpet Cleaning is the only company that I trust 100%. Andy Pirami (owner) takes his business seriously! He is a very caring person that still considers customer service a top priority. His crew knows what they are doing and they have some of the best equipment available in the cleaning process. Andy and his crew does an outstanding job. If you haven't called him for carpet cleaning, then you are missing out on the best in town.
