We had a stain that was very stubborn and in a very obvious area and used A Step Above Carpet and Flooring Care to patch this small area. You would never know that this area was patched - blends in perfectly. Will definitely use A Step Above for future cleaning based off their quick communication, great value, and friendly employees!

These guys were great! I live outside of the Nashville area and finding someone to stretch our upstairs carpet was difficult. Chris came down and did a thorough review with me before completing the stretching, pet treatment and cleaning. Our carpets look brand new now - even the nap is restored. Would highly recommend.

I'm a first timer either A Step Above and they did phenomenal! Setting the appointment was quick and easy. They arrived on time, and even called when they were on their way. They were thorough and addressed all my concerns. The carpets look amazing and all stains are gone! Their prices were very reasonable and the guys that came to my house were very respectful and nice. Highly recommend!

A Step Above did an INCREDIBLE job with our finished basement carpet, bedroom, and carpeted stairs. Our carpet is a light beige and had some staining (including pet stains), so we weren't very hopeful these stains and spots would come out--but A Step Above did it! Affordable, easy to schedule, and so professional over the phone with offering an accurate estimate, too.
I cannot recommend A Step Above highly enough! I just wish we had called them sooner for annual carpet cleaning, we could have been enjoying a cleaner space much sooner! Thanks to Bobby B. & everyone at A Step Above!

We really appreciate A Step Above. The staff are friendly, responsive, and very professional. They were able to schedule us quickly and came when they said they would. We've had them out twice and both times they have done an excellent job. They try hard to give you just what you need and don't try to sell you more than you need, and followed up to be sure we were satisfied. We will definitely use them again when needed, and cannot recommend this crew highly enough.

I was referred to this company by a friend who had received excellent service on a challenging carpet with stains. I too had some stains that Stanley Steemers was not able to clean. Owner Chris personally came out and handled the tool and did an excellent job in cleaning my carpeting. My company will now EXCLUSIVELY hire this vendor for all of our clients and our carpet cleaning needs.

What a great experience! We had our carpets cleaned & protected in two rooms & the carpet stretched in our master bedroom due to bad installation by the builder. The company was very responsive & sent follow up emails to confirm the appointment & the technician called when on the way. The arrived on time & were friendly and professional. The carpets had a lot of dirt in traffic patterns.
The technicians pre-treated the bad areas & the carpets looked great. They protected the corners of walls with pads & wore booties over their shoes. They were very respectful of our home & furnishings. I would totally recommend them to family & friends!
