Having your rugs cleaned in our facility allows us to give them several treatments, if needed, with both sides cleaned, controlled drying and the use of various specialty tools that are not available on location.If you are having your hardwood floors done, remodeling your home, or cleaning up from water damage - You need our valet service for your area rugs. We'll be happy to pick up and store store your rugs free of charge for up to 30 days while the work in your home is being completed.

Step 4: Water Removal Once your rug is clean, we utilize a rug wringing centrifuge that is designed to quickly remove water from your rug in order to speed up the drying process. This process is much like the spin cycle on your washing machine! Our special centrifuge allows us to dramatically accelerate the drying process.

Step 5: Inspection & Delivery After your rug comes out of the centrifuge it is hung on a special rack to complete the drying phase. Once completely dry, your rug will undergo a final detailed inspection prior to being rolled and wrapped for final delivery.

I like the pick up and drop off service they offer, but my rug doesn't seem like it was cleaned well. The fibers are still mated down and it still have the same old dirty smell it had before they picked it up. I thought it would've had a clean smell to it since it was being cleaned. I'm not pleased with the work at all. On a scale 1-10 I give them a 4 and that's only on the pick up and drop off service they offer. AG

Truck was timely in pick up and delivery, as well as our 2 rugs were laid with perfection and job done was far superior than what we anticipated, we are truly impressed with the workmanship. Our rugs look brand new again and they feel wonderful to the touch even. A Big Thank You to staff who cleaned our pieces and also to those who delivered and laid our rugs.

Loved the pick up and delivery option and reasonable charge for this service. My three rugs came back looking like new and the friendly deliveryman helped me put them in place. The charge was less than quoted from other sources and I liked the video and services described on the website. Overall a great experience.

We have a hand knotted woolen rug from my Husbands family that had not been cleaned ever. I was afraid to use just any carpet cleaning company as I new this rug was handmade and was 100% wool. I once was driving behind one or Heirlooms trucks and I made a mental note of it. Just last month, we decided to have the rug cleaned. Ends up their office is very near our home!
I was able to deliver the rug myself and also received $15 off for saying I saw them on Facebook! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was given a tour of where and how my rug would be cleaned. They even kept it for 4 weeks while we puppy trained a new pet. I met the owner when I picked it up yesterday. Super friendly, very proud of his company and employees and their work. All in all, a great experience. I will use them again. So should you!
