White, off white, cream colored, smooth or polished surface finishes are strong indicators of a dry-clean only material. If you notice a halo, shadow, or a ring where a spill dried strangely this too would be indicate that a water base cleaning would not be recommended. This is done by a thorough sweeping and dust mopping of the floor followed by a machine cleaning with a specific product formulated for this purpose. This will thoroughly clean the floor finish without removing it. Following the machine cleaning, the floor is then triple rinsed followed by an application of one coat of SC Johnson floor finish. The type of floor finish depends on your specific needs. This process needs to be performed a minimum of once per month. Your situation may require more than this process alone.

I have used AmeriClean for several years now for carpet cleaning and am always impressed with their service. They are professional, polite, on time and always do an amazing job. Michael is very good about explaining what they are doing. For a first-time upholstery cleaning he explained the process before beginning and even showed me the before/after on a cushion so I could see the difference. Absolutely AMAZING cleaning and service. I live in a very old apartment with a carpet that has been cleaned by multiple other cleaning companies that all claimed the years-old stains would never come out. There were stains and dirt all throughout the white carpet - enough so that it no longer looked white. We found this company through a neighbor who recommended them, and we're so grateful that we did!
Two men spent nearly 6 hours deep-cleaning our carpet with multiple heavy-duty tools and even moved all of our furniture to make sure to hit every spot (something that the other companies refused to do)! The customer service was fantastic and so thorough that they managed to make our decades-old carpet look BRAND NEW! Beyond happy with their service, 10/10 would recommend. PS: the attached picture only shows a fraction of how bad the carpets were before cleaning - sadly we forgot to get pictures until after most of the work was done.

They were so pleasant and really went out of their way to help me. The carpet cleaning they did was very unique! I have had other companies in the past just do the spray cleaning, but Americlean actually scrubs the carpet BEFORE the spray cleaning! My mom always told me you have to put a little elbow in it to get the bad stains out. Obviously they feel the same way.
