The first time when I called Rosie, my mother was very sick and I asked her to do weird things like take our rugs and towels to the laundrymat and she didn't hesitate. She is excellent, very thorough and careful. I recommend her to everyone.

Rosie's housekeepers came and cleaned our home and did an incredible job! They arrived on time, were really nice and polite, and left the rental house spotless! They finished cleaning and tidying before the time was up and asked if there was still something else they could help me with. Very happy with the results. Will definitely be hiring them again.

Rosie is a cleaning company with a long standing reputation in Santa Barbara for being the best house cleaning in town. She is friendly, has great prices, and I recommend her to anyone seeking cleaning services in the area.

Rosie's Cleaning came promptly and did an excellent job cleaning a dirty 500 square foot apartment. Cost was $350 for 3.5 hr, 2 cleaners, or $50/per person per hour. Good job, but pricey.

I booked service with Rosie's out of exhaustion as full time worker, a mother of a 1 year old and 6 year old and caretaker for my mom. My house was clean. A lot of time was spent on my house but the one thing I wanted attention spent on wasn't cleaned to any sort of standard. I asked to have my shower cleaned really well and it was hardly touched however the way it was cleaned took the finish completely off my bathtub.

It seems the shower walls, shower doors and surface areas in shower weren't touched but the floor of the tub was treated to where the finish came off. My son, daughter and I all have what seems like fiberglass in our legs and butts from either harsh chemical or brush burn. We have welts from yesterday and the day before. The company blames me and assumes no responsibility because they cleaned the rest of the house.

We can no longer use the bathtub. We take baths daily. They prioritized pride over making it right. Now I'm paying more than I did for the service to repair my tub. They offered $50 rather than a full refund. I paid over $200 for a damaged and I clean shower & would have stuck with a company who valued longevity over principal of " we cleaned your not getting that for free." It isn't about not valuing their work. It's about damage done that I'm now stuck with.

I spent an 30 minutes cleaning my shower today to how it should have been cleaned. This is what it looked like after they cleaned it. I didn't even soak it and got it cleaner with little elbow grease.

Well let's just get the fact that the two Rosie's cleaning services you see that pop up are the same SHITTY company. Their results are shit and saying they did a half ass job is a compliment. Cob webs left behind, sliding glass windows not cleaned and the bath tub cleaned with some harsh chemical that burned my sons ass with their chemicals.

I would NEVER give my money to them. Either go to Wallace Cleaning Company or do it yourself.either option is better then this shit company that won't even call you back. 0 stars if I could. A child could do better

An older friend needed some cleaning on short notice after an unfortunate incident in her home, and another friend and I were arranging for and covering it. Other cleaning services that were recommended to me weren't available for several days, but Rosie's (which I liked the reviews on) was able to fit us in that same day once they knew the unusual situation. Having never engaged a cleaning service before, I didn't know what to expect on cost, but based on research they were fair.

They communicated a range to me up front and were great about communicating with me once their staff (who were very nice) arrived, letting me know what could be accomplished in the time frame and budget we had. They were more thorough than I expected for what was being requested and made such a difference, which helped my friend get back to normal life fast. Thank you, Rosie's. I know who to call for any future needs.

I'm giving this business 3 stars, an average rating, as my rental units are adequately cleaned. I have a few issues with this company, after multiples uses. Firstly, they need supervision or a lot of things get missed. Secondly, the scheduler over books them & underestimates time needed for each property, making this company chronically hours late. I'm so tired of this last minute waiting for my rentals to be cleaned that I'm going to look for a business that seems to want my business; one that arrives within half an hour of the scheduled window & exceeds my expectations rather than just ticking the basic boxes, leaving my tenants telling me the unit was dirty. Lastly, they're pricey.

My recent one bed, one bath unit with all new appliances, new carpet, blinds & paint & a brand new bathroom (no deep dirt) took two ladies 1.5 hours to clean & cost me $230 & they arrived 3 1/2 hours late past their outer time frame!

We've used Rosie's for several years now, and have been pleased with the work of their employees. If something is overlooked and it is brought to their attention, they're thorough about including it in the future. Communication is good through text, and they let me know if there is a delay promptly. Definitely reccommend!

Rosie. Cleaning Service charged double for initial house cleaning. We found out many details which they did not do. She came 3 hous late. Her coworker started the job. We gave them a list of clear job description which was ignored. After they left I sent them a text to tell them that the job which they was unsatisfactory. No reply yet. We will cancel future appointment and will not recommend to anyone. Very disappointed.

She has been cleaning homes and offices in Santa Barbara, Santa Ynez, Ojai, Ventura, Solvang, Buellton and surrounding areas for the past 3 decades. She cleans my family home as well as all of my friend's houses, she is known for her move out cleaning specials. Many property management firms use Rosie for vacation rental clean up. Also, construction firms also use her services for construction clean up jobs.

The cleaning ladies did a good job. I was quoted $240 for two ladies for three hours. $30 if I wanted the blinds cleaned. It's a small one bedroom, one bathroom apartment. They arrived two hours later. No phone call, I had to call and inquire. After they were done, I called Jordan he then said it was $300. What, when did it go from $270 to $300.

He mentioned that they cleaned the windows, no. I didn't request window cleaning and most importantly they didn't clean the windows. We finally agreed on $280, with an additional $5 charge if I used my credit card. I said no, he then waived the charge. We were thinking about using their service about once a week, they can now kiss that goodbye. Again, the ladies did a good job, but Jordan was unprofessional and deceitful.

I would not be using their services again. The cleaning ladies deserve five stars, but Jordan gets zero for lousy customer service and over charging. Beaware, be very aware. At least this is my experience and opinion.

Rosie's cleaning service is an amazing service that i trust for my home. I use her service on a weekly basis and by far is the best service in town. The cleaning is meticulous and you feel you can trust her. I got 20% Off for every visit. Thanks again for your commitment to have our house clean.

She came and cleaned my home last week and I appreciated it so much! I got $25.00 off because of the Mother's Day special! They always have coupons you can use. Definitely recommend this service If you need your home cleaned for a discounted price.

Do not use this service as Rosie is not to be trusted. She will serve herself before she serves you. Read the other reviews giving this same statement. She decided not to clean my home at the last minute because she said she was so busy that day. She knew that I had pneumonia and that my home was rented with renters arriving in the late afternoon.

She was to have her cleaners come the day before the rental but they had difficulty finding my house and so she said they would come the next morning. I told her I lived in an apartment on the property and that she should call me when she arrived. She arrived and called to say she was here. I called back immediately but she had left. She then did not answer the phone for about 15 minutes while I waited in the main house for her.

She finally answered and told me she had left because she was too busy to wait for me, and yet I had answered her call immediately and was within the main house within one minute. She was serving herself and left me in a horrific circumstance, no cleaners and me with pneumonia. My 85 year-old husband cleaned as best he could with me with penumonia helping as no one I called was able to come right away. DO NOT USE ROSIE AS SHE WILL SCREW YOU IF IT SERVES HER. Something should be done about this woman.

I had to leave this review because I used Rosie's service for years while living in Santa Barbara and never had a bad experiance. We would have our to bedroom and two bathroom condo on the east side of SB cleaned all the time and there was never an issue in quality, professionalism, or communication. The crew was always freindly and on-time. Communication regarding payment and scheduling was always top-notch. Anyway, wanted to make sure that this review was left on her yelp page because she really is a great person to work with and her staff were awesome.

Really miffed by the negative reviews. It wasn't cheap - $200 for a 3 bedroom condo in Ventura. My guy (Juan) showed up early. I expected maybe 3-4 hours. When I came back 6 hours later, he was just finishing up, and dude wasn't playing around. The place was embarrassingly cluttered and messy this morning. It's now sparkling and impeccably organized, and you can tell he paid attention to details. There was no up sell (at least not yet, and hopefully won't get a call and have to change my review). Kind of a luxury, but I would definitely use them again.

While I appreciate the work that they do, they do a great job; I feel that the service is overpriced. I have talked to many housecleaning services in SB and Rosie's is far above the cost of the other services. This last time I had them come to clean, I feel that I was taken advantage of. I was not in town, and was charged a large amount, especially considering they had visited to clean two days previous.

I asked why that was, and I was told they were cleaning both of my bathrooms. I only have one. I understand that this is a simple mistake, but after feeling for some time now that the rates are two high, it was a frustration that led me to decide I will not be using these services again.

I started using Rosie's cleaning once a month this past December. The employees that have come to my house are friendly and efficient. I pay $210 for two cleaners who come for three hours (six hours of work total). They add nice little touches like straightening out clutter on shelves and last time one of them even fashioned little paper roses on the toilet paper rolls! I think they are well worth the money.

I hired Rosie's to clean my small 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo. I accepted the quote, although it was about double what I usually pay (I usually pay $80) because I needed the work on short notice. Two house cleaners showed up, and my husband and I left the house to let them work. 5 minutes later, I received a message that the price was actually going to be $260!

Note that it takes me, by myself, 2 hours to do a thorough cleaning on my house. I told them that this was too much, and that their services would not be needed. They then told me I would be subject to a cancellation fee of one hours' time. After trying to get me to pay $100 more than the already high quoted price. To make matters worse, when we returned home, our front door was UNLOCKED and AJAR. Also, when I called the company to inform them of this, I was told, "um, no, I don't think they did." Worst experience ever with a cleaning service, hands-down. Very unprofessional. They get one star only because I can't leave zero.

Rosie provides quality cleaning service at Santa Barbara area. They do an excellent job in cleaning all areas of the house, plus getting rid of the dust and cobwebs.

Horrible! Called to make an appointment for a large studio I was moving out of, she promised to bring her guy that steam cleans the carpets. She showed up late. She then informed me that the carpet cleaner guy "had an emergency" and couldn't make it. She also then informed me it cost extra to use a credit card for payment and wouldn't take personal checks.

I came back after they had cleaned, they carpets weren't even vacuumed, they took items that I had left in the house and broke 3 blinds! Do your self a favor and don't use Rosie's cleaning service.

I needed an apartment cleaned for move out and also inquired about having a large suede leather couch cleaned. Rosie's informed me (in a very thick accent) that they could do it all on a single visit and that the cost would be quite reasonable. I was elated! Unfortunately they never showed up! I called repeatedly and never got through to a person!

Very disappointing and unprofessional. I left several messages and never heard back from them! Judging by the rating and content of the other reviews posted here, my experience is not unique. Save your time and use another cleaning service.

I tried to schedule a cleaning with Rosie and got an initial response, but I asked for a Saturday cleaning and she responded with a time on Sunday, then when I tried to confirm she did not respond and nobody showed up on Sunday. Looking at the other reviews, maybe it's better I didn't have to pay for a cleaning.

I paid dearly 283.00 was quoted 250 plus a 15 dollar discount. I wanted a deep cleaning and windows. It was barely a surface clean, windows were not touched. I called the following day and she said she would send someone back to do what was not done. She sent one back who said they were too busy, to help me. Funiture was not moved. I keep finding areas that were not touched. So disappointed and I never write bad reviews but I felt compelled to write this one so no one else gets ripped off.

Got the name and number from a friend so I thought I was in the clear. I was quoted 100-130. Two women came to clean and I left at noon. The other didn't leave until 2pm and they arrived a little after 9am. One of the workers broke a carved piece of art that I brought back from Mexico in 1997. I was bummed but took the high road. Then Rosie calls me and tells me that it took much longer than she expected (yet this is her profession) and quotes me a price double her high bid.

The work was good but she was not professional. If you choose to go with her make sure it is clear what you are paying for. Clearly she wanted my business and chose not to tell me that it would take longer until after her cleaners finished.
