I wish that I'd looked up their reviews before hiring them but I went strictly on the referral of a friend. In my friend's defense, tI used them for about 4-5 months and they were fine at first. They had an incident that was on the news a few months ago where one of their employees stole from a customer's home. They sent a mass email out explaining the situation and I figured it was a fluke, so I continued to use them. However, after that, I noticed a lot of turnover in their staff and the service kept deteriorating.
For me, the final straw was coming home after the most recent cleaning, to a mound of trash being left in my front hallway, the heat on my upstairs thermostat being turned up to 85 (which I'm sure was an accident but instead of acknowledging it, the cleaning crew lied about it, which irritated me), my bed being sloppily made, dust being left on door frames and ceiling fans, and the top of my washing machine being left with spilled detergent on it. The owner offered a $10 credit on my NEXT service but I told him there won't be a next service.

These guys are a joke anyone looking for a good cleaning service look else where. The cleaners work super slow and do not listen to any specific directions like please don't leave the doors open. They always show up about 15 mins late one time 30 mins late. Their customer service was horrible and very rude too me. When I say they were slow I understand good work takes time but 3 HOURS for a 2450 sqft house I mean come on and they missed so much as far as little details that would make hiring a cleaning service worth it. TOTALLY disappointed with the company and their poor choice of cleaners.

This cleaning service did a horrible job on our Move-In service (Which was described to us as a deep cleaning service). We paid extra for the cleaning of the oven and the veranda, neither of which were done. There were cobb-webs left in all of the corners. There was dust left on the tops of all of the doors and door frames. They did not clean inside of the drawers, where hair was left.
They did not clean in the window sills. The veranda was left with spider webs and dust and sawdust everywhere. Basically all they did was vacuum and run a once-over with a sponge on the countertops. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL ownership, did not properly offer to fix the problems. English is his second language and scam artist was his middle name. 100% took advantage of us living out of state and hiring his service to clean our place before tenants moved in. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE.

I used them for about a month and a half and everything was fine. I had to complain about the cleaning the first time, but after that everything was corrected. They sent two new people to my home on Thursday and on Sunday, my debit card that was on my dresser that I had not used anywhere in over 2 months was used for over $900. I have no proof that it was the maids, but I did contact the office manager about the situation.
It seems odd that they were in my house on Thursday and Sunday my card was used! She was not very apologetic or understanding of my situation. I told her I was cancelling my service and she didn't say "I'm sorry this happened".she didn't attempt to make it right.nor did she attempt to make me stay. I spoke with the owner and he absolutely did not care either. WORST customer service EVER! Absolutely do not recommend!

Do not use Sandi and Family, their bottles are old so you do not know what kind of chemicals they are using in your house, I worked one day and my throat was so sore I had chemicals poisoning so there is no telling what you are breathing, they hire without checking references so you do not know if you have a convict, rapist, drug abuser they do hire men in your home I quit after one day because the way they had us cleaning houses was not even safe and sanitary to us.
