I am so relieved to have found Coole Cleaners! Finally someone who fully understands what Top Notch service means! It is such a good feeling knowing that my vacation rental is being cared for so meticulously. This is especially important during this Covid 19 Pandemic, I do not have to worry that my property has been thouroughly sanitized! In a world where cleaning companies are "dime a dozen" Coole Cleaners, BY FAR stands out above its competition.

Coole Cleaners has done common area cleaning in a commercial building for us for years and we have always been happy with their work. The real test of their skills came when we were left with a closed restaurant a few years ago. We called them to see if they could help and they brought it! Chris and Keith came with their crew and worked tirelessly for days to right the disaster we were left with. I will always be grateful to them for the way they cheerfully and diligently worked to help us. I think there is no job they cannot handle!

This company far exceeded my expectations & to say they did an amazing job is still an understatement! The feeling of walking into you house after working a full time job, plus kids, plus being a single mom & having your house so clean, spotless & refreshing is worth all the money in the world! THE BEST OF WILMINGTON after I've tried several others as a new-comer to W. area; I have recv'd far less n paid much more! Chris n Keith are professionals but very personable. Keith came to clean my place, n CLEAN IT HE DID INDEED! The place simply sparkled when he was done! I'm especially impressed w/ his attention to details, e.g. not just wipe down, but scrubbing/removing any buildup around kitchen sink, build up in corners of base board moldings/floor, gunked up garbage disposal ring looked lke never used -- this jst to name a few. It was as though Keith simply enjoys what he was born to do! I will surely call Coole whenever I have future need, and, I highly recommend them!

Poor service I wish I never hired them they destroyed my butcher block counter top. Maybe one person or a family member gives them a good review but they clearly don't know what they are doing. I asked them to just use soap and water and I walked in the kitchen and they had harsh chemicals sitting on the butcher block I have 4 rings on my brand new counters I could just cry.

I cannot brag about Chris enough. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. I gave him the almost impossible job of cleaning my Grandpa's house. I will not go into the details of the filth. Let's just say he smokes a pipe constantly and hasn't cleaned in almost 5 years. While he is temporarily in a nursing home, we took the opportunity to get his house cleaned without his knowledge. (Oops!) I got on my trusty Craig's List and Chris was the first one I called.
He quoted me $95 for a floor to ceiling spring cleaning. I sent him over to the house to check it out and he stuck to his quote. Personally, I think he's crazy. We were prepared to pay twice that. Believe me, I gave him quite a bonus. The best part is that he did it all with a smile. During the 8+ hours he was there, he got to know the neighbors, who told him all sorts of interesting Grandpa stories.
I felt like he really cared about the family and wanted to do the best job that he could. And he did. I will definitely be in touch with Chris for any and all of my future cleaning needs.
