Roger from Oxi Clean did an amazing job on your carpets. They look brand new after he cleaned them.when previously they had spots and looked worn. We can't recommend Roger and Oxi clean enough! He was timely, efficent, hard-working and very knowledge. He also was very kind and fit us in early in his schedule. We had our carpets cleaned for a house showing and the first couple that saw our house that week, put in an offer! Can't recommend this company and Roger enough!

I've had oxi fresh cleaning take care of my offices and have gotten excellent results. Great price and very efficient.

They got me into their schedule in two days, arrived early, stayed late to make sure the job was perfect and charged way less than they should have considering how long it took and how much product was needed. Roger got 99% of the stains out (which were REALLY old. the "other guys" told me there was nothing else they could do and not to call them again, so the carpet hadn't been cleaned in several years). everything except the old Kool-Aid stains, which NOTHING will remove. I would rate them a 15 on a scale of 1-to-10!

Roger was our technician and he was wonderful! So friendly and kind. He did a great job and our carpets looked pristine after he left. He even managed to get a horrendous chocolate stain out of my favorite turquoise chair. So grateful! Just moved into a townhome with my partner. The previous owners had cats and there were a few lingering smells. I hadn't heard of encapsulation carpet cleaning prior to my experience with Oxi Fresh. The appointment was easy to book and affordable. Roger, the gentleman who provided the service was very friendly and knowledgeable about the process, and even gave me a few pointers! This is something we plan to do on an annual basis and will use Oxi Fresh's services again.

We had a very short timeline to get our carpets cleaned; I texted Oxy Fresh and got an almost immediate response. Our carpets were cleaned the very next day. Dreux was professional, efficient, and thorough. When he was finished, he gave us his contact information and encouraged us to call if the carpets did not clean up to our satisfaction. After the basic cleaning, some faint spotting still remains; we know this area will need deep treatment and will follow up. Overall, we can highly recommend Oxy Fresh carpet cleaning services

I have always used a different carpet cleaning company, I like what they do but couldn't contact them this time, so I gave this company a try a few weeks ago based in the fact that they have excellent reviews. My experience has been terrible. The guy who came the first time was super friendly and polite, I explained to him my areas of concern, although my carpet is in great condition and we take care of it often, there was some brownish spots and odor from daily use and a toddler.

Nothing hard to get out. The guy left after cleaning my living room carpet and I waited for it to be dry to assess. First of all, I put some white towels to step on while the carpet was drying. For my surprise when I picked up the towels they were brown, dirty, so it made me wonder if the washing, rinsing process was done right. My expectations weren't a super white towel but my carpet didn't look any different, same spots, same odor with some hint of chemicals.

I called back to reschedule again, same guy came again, he sprayed more chemicals and after 5 minutes he left, same thing. Then I called at least twice a couple of weeks ago to rich out to the owner named John and I was told he was going to contact me. He never did. I called twice since then, nothing, people over the phone say they'll send a message to owner. I gave up. What a waste of money. Not recommending

Great service! Larry was super friendly, yet informative & professional! I had so many questions & he patiently answered them all!:) Our carpets haven't ever looked or felt this good! And, there wasn't an awful smell that lingered for days! There was a slight scent but it wasn't overpowering & disappeared quickly! Overall, we'll get our carpets cleaned more often & will trust Oxi Fresh to do the cleaning!:)

Larry Holscher did a fabulous job on our carpet! Our carpet is original to the house (1998) and I was hoping to get new carpet soon.unfortunately he did such a good job my husband says they look like new. They really do! Guess I will have to wait on the new carpet, but sure do like how my old carpet looks now :) Booking online was easy and he called to let me know he was on his way earlier than scheduled. He was very kind and explained everything before he started. Thanks so much, will definitely book you again and give references!

Larry Holscher cleaned our carpets and a sofa today. What a fantastic job. We've had our carpets cleaned for years by other companies in various cities and never has anyone done such a terrific job.
