As the General Manager of Casa del Mar island beach resort for thirty years, I take great pride in striving for perfection because perfection is what keeps our guests returning year after year. As part of the perfection, cleaning is at the top of the list. We have used PCM as our cleaning service since 2006 and our partnership has been mutually rewarding.
Their quality survey scores consistently rank very high and when we have an issue that requires their attention, they immediately resolve it. As anyone who runs a resort knows, seasonal back-to-back accommodations must be handled efficiently and with organizational skills and PCM has never let us down. They closely partner with our front desk to set objectives and regardless of the number of departures and arrivals, we always meet our deadlines to satisfy our guests.
